Способ работы тепловой электрической станции, при котором поступающую от потребителей системы теплоснабжения сетевую воду нагревают в сетевых подогревателях теплофикационных турбин и ведут регулирование тепловой нагрузки по закону изменения температуры прямой сетевой воды от нагрузки горячего водоснабжения и температуры наружного воздуха, отличающийся тем, что предварительно находят характерного потребителя, характеризующегося минимальной температурой внутреннего воздуха, для характерного потребителя задают расчетную температуру внутреннего воздуха и ведут регулирование тепловой нагрузки 6-8 раз в течение суток в зависимости от температуры внутреннего воздуха характерного потребителя.
