Abstract
1. Способ формирования корпуса бурового долота для роторного бурения, отличающийся тем, что при его осуществлении: ! подготавливают корпус бурового долота, ! прессуют порошковую смесь для формирования не спеченного порошкового компонента, ! по меньшей мере частично спекают не спеченный порошковый компонент, ! формируют конечную спеченную конструкцию, имеющую конечную плотность, используя не спеченный порошковый компонент, при этом формируют в конечной спеченной конструкции по меньшей мере одно гнездо для резца, и ! прикрепляют конечную спеченную конструкцию к части корпуса бурового долота после формирования конечной спеченной конструкции. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором конечная спеченная конструкция включает оболочку для бурового долота или сегмент для прикрепления к лопасти бурового долота. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором формируют корпус бурового долота с включением в него первого материала, содержащего сталь или ее сплав, и формируют не спеченный порошковый компонент с включением в него второго материала, отличающегося от первого материала. ! 4.
