Abstract
1. Электрический погружной насос для использования в скважине, содержащий: ! - моторную секцию; ! - насосную секцию; и ! - вращающийся вал, проходящий через моторную и насосную секции; ! при этом моторная и насосная секции содержат каждая множество функциональных компонентов и втулок, установленных на валу с образованием по существу непрерывной трубы вокруг вала; и при этом предусмотрены фитинги наверху и внизу вала для удерживания в сжатом состоянии компонентов и втулок, образующих трубу. ! 2. Насос по п.1, дополнительно содержащий защитную секцию, расположенную между моторной секцией и насосной секцией, при этом вал проходит через защитную секцию, а компоненты и втулки в защитной секции образуют часть компрессионной трубы. ! 3. Насос по п.1, в котором секции электрического погружного насоса содержат заполненные текучей средой корпуса, при этом компрессионная труба защищает наружную поверхность вала от проточного контакта с текучей средой в корпусах. ! 4. Насос по п.1, в котором вал выполнен в виде единого целого между фитингами. ! 5. Насос по п.1, в котором в различных секциях предусмотрены подшипники, при этом вокруг вала в местах, где он проходит через подшипники, предусмотрены опорные втулки, образующие часть компрессионной трубы. ! 6. Насос по п.1, в котором моторная секция содержит статор и ротор, при этом ротор установлен на валу и образует часть компрессионной трубы. ! 7. Насос по п.1, в котором насосная секция содержит группу диффузоров и крыльчаток, при этом крыльчатки установлены на валу и образуют часть компрессионной трубы. ! 8. The pump according to claim 1, in which the shaft is made as a single unit between the fittings. ! 5. The pump according to claim 1, in which bearings are provided in different sections, while around the shaft in places where it passes through the bearings, support sleeves are provided that form part of the compression pipe. ! 6. The pump according to claim 1, in which the motor section contains a stator and a rotor, while the rotor is mounted on the shaft and forms part of the compression pipe. ! 7. The pump according to claim 1, in which the pump section contains a group of diffusers and impellers, while the impellers are mounted on the shaft and form part of the compression pipe. ! 8. The pump according to claim 7, in which the axial load from the impellers is transmitted to the thrust bearing
