Abstract
1. Бактерия рода Escherichia - продуцент янтарной кислоты, модифицированая таким образом, что экспрессия генов aceEF-lpdA оперона в указанной бактерии усилена. ! 2. Бактерия по п.1 отличающаяся тем, что указанная экспрессия усилена за счет модификации последовательности, контролирующей экспрессию генов aceEF-lpdA оперона. ! 3. Бактерия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная бактерия принадлежит к виду Escherichia coli. ! 4. Бактерия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная бактерия дополнительно модифицирована таким образом, что приобретает активность пируваткарбоксилазы. ! 5. Бактерия по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что активность пируваткарбоксилазы обеспечивается присутствием в бактерии молекулы ДНК, содержащей ген, кодирующий пируваткарбоксилазу. ! 6. Способ получения янтарной кислоты, включающий стадии культивирования бактерии по любому из пп.1-5 в питательной среде и выделения янтарной кислоты из культуральной жидкости. ! 7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что процесс культивирования бактерии включает в себя аэробную стадию накопления биомассы и анаэробную стадию продукции янтарной кислоты. 1. A method for producing succinic acid, comprising the steps of culturing the bacterium according to any one of claims 1 to 5 in a nutrient medium and isolating succinic acid from the culture fluid. ! 7. The method according to claim 6, characterized in that the bacterial cultivation process includes the aerobic stage of biomass accumulation and the anaerobic stage of succinic acid production.
