Abstract
1. Система мобильной связи, содержащая первую базовую станцию и вторую базовую станцию, при этом первая базовая станция содержит модуль получения информации о пользователях, выполненный с возможностью получения информации о пользователях в первой базовой станции, а вторая базовая станция содержит модуль получения информации о пользователях, выполненный с возможностью получения информации о пользователях во второй базовой станции; модуль сбора внутренней информации базовой станции, выполненный с возможностью сбора информации о пользователях в первой и второй базовых станциях; и модуль определения назначения ресурса, выполненный с возможностью определения ресурсов радиосвязи, которые могут использоваться первой базовой станцией, и ресурсов радиосвязи, которые могут использоваться второй базовой станцией, на основании информации о пользователях в первой и второй базовых станциях. ! 2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что вторая базовая станция дополнительно содержит модуль определения группы базовых станций, выполненный с возможностью определения группы базовых станций, подлежащих управлению модулем определения назначения ресурсов, на основании информации о пользователях, принятой из другой базовой станции, причем модуль сбора внутренней информации базовой станции собирает информацию о пользователях в первой базовой станции, когда первая базовая станция радиосвязи включена в указанную группу базовых станций, и модуль определения назначения ресурса определяет ресурсы радиосвязи, которые могут использоваться первой базовой станцией, когда первая базовая станция включена в указанную группу баз 1.
