Abstract
1. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах, содержащие по меньшей мере один триазол, а также продукт взаимодействия по меньшей мере одного алкиленгликоля и по меньшей мере одного ангидрида карбоновой кислоты. ! 2. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по п.1, характеризующиеся тем, что в качестве алкиленгликоля они содержат алкиленгликоли с числом атомов углерода от 3 до 24. ! 3. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по п.1, характеризующиеся тем, что в качестве ангидридов карбоновых кислот они содержат циклические, насыщенные, ненасыщенные и/или ароматические, при необходимости замещенные ангидриды карбоновых кислот, содержащие от 4 до 20 атомов углерода. ! 4. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по п.1, характеризующиеся тем, что в качестве ангидридов карбоновых кислот они содержат ангидрид малеиновой кислоты, ангидрид фталевой кислоты, ангидрид янтарной кислоты и/или ангидрид глутаровой кислоты. ! 5. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по п.1, характеризующиеся тем, что алкиленгликоль представляет собой триэтиленгликоль, а ангидрид карбоновой кислоты представляет собой ангидрид малеиновой кислоты. !6. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по п.1, характеризующиеся тем, что триазол представляет собой толил- и/или бензотриазол. ! 7. Claims (9)
1. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах, содержащие по меньшей мере один триазол, а также продукт взаимодействия по меньшей мере одного алкиленгликоля и по меньшей мере одного ангидрида карбоновой кислоты.
2. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по п.1, характеризующиеся тем, что в качестве алкиленгликоля они содержат алкиленгликоли с числом атомов углерода от 3 до 24.
3. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по п.1, характеризующиеся тем, что в качестве ангидридов карбоновых кислот они содержат циклические, насыщенные, ненасыщенные и/или ароматические, при необходимости замещенные ангидриды карбоновых кислот, содержащие от 4 до 20 атомов углерода.

Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по п.1, характеризующиеся тем, что в качестве ангидридов карбоновых кислот они содержат ангидрид малеиновой кислоты, ангидрид фталевой кислоты, ангидрид янтарной кислоты и/или ангидрид глутаровой кислоты.
5. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по п.1, характеризующиеся тем, что алкиленгликоль представляет собой триэтиленгликоль, а ангидрид карбоновой кислоты представляет собой ангидрид малеиновой кислоты.
6. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по п.1, характеризующиеся тем, что триазол представляет собой толил- и/или бензотриазол.
7. Добавки для защиты от коррозии для алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов в технологических процессах по одному или нескольким пп.1-6, характеризующиеся тем, что количественное соотношение алкиленгликоля и ангидрида карбоновой кислоты составляет от 0,7:2 до 1,3:2, а количественное соотношение триазола и продукта взаимодействия алкиленгликоля и ангидрида карбоновой кислоты - от 1:10 до 1:2.
8. Способ получения добавок для защиты от коррозии в технологических процессах по одному или нескольким пп.1-7, характеризующийся тем, что сначала получают продукт взаимодействия алкиленгликоля и по меньшей мере одного ангидрида карбоновой кислоты, и при котором или
а) ангидрид карбоновой кислоты расплавляют, а затем добавляют алкиленгликоль при температурах по меньшей мере 60°С, или
b) ангидрид карбоновой кислоты и алкиленгликоль подвергают взаимодействию при температурах по меньшей мере 60°С,
а затем к продукту взаимодействия добавляют триазол, а при необходимости другие добавки.
9. Способ защиты алюминия и/или алюминиевых сплавов от коррозии, характеризующийся тем, что добавка для защиты от коррозии по одному или нескольким пп.1-7 наносится на алюминий и/или алюминиевый сплав.
