Запорно-фиксирующее устройство поворотного механизма, содержащее поворотный механизм, связанный с выходным концом штока поршневого пневмоцилиндра, фиксатор и пружину, отличающееся тем, что в штоке поршня пневмоцилиндра выполнено осевое отверстие, в котором установлены пружина и фиксатор с поршнем, причем фиксатор имеет осевое отверстие и связанное с ним радиальное отверстие, для пропуска сжатого воздуха, а в торцевой части штока установлена серьга, имеющая сквозное осевое отверстие и радиальное отверстие, соосное с фиксатором и обеспечивающее возможность взаимодействия серьги с фиксаторм, причем серьга, с возможностью вращения, размещена в опоре, а в сквозном осевом отверстии серьги установлена ось, неподвижно связанная с опорой и имеющая осевое отверстие, в котором установлен штуцер для прохода сжатого воздуха, связанное с осевым отверстием радиальное отверстие, соосное с фиксатором, и направляющую канавку, обеспечивающие возможность взаимодействия оси и фиксатора, а также серьга связана с поворотным механизмом в виде рычага и прижимной рамы.
