Abstract
Способ формирования колостомы, включающий создание забрюшинного канала с отслойкой брюшины и отверстия в передней брюшной стенке в направлении намеченной проекции стомы, мобилизацию приводящей кишки от брыжейки и подвесков, серозомиотомию приводящей кишки путем рассечения в продольном направлении тений до подслизистой оболочки кишки на протяжении 20-30 мм, отступив от ее конца на 40-50 мм, сшивание рассеченных тений в поперечном направлении серозно-мышечными узловыми швами, формируя резервуар, проведение приводящей кишки через сформированный забрюшинный канал, фиксацию конца выведенной кишки, ушивание брюшины внутреннего отверстия забрюшинного канала узловыми швами с ее фиксацией по окружности приводящей кишки, вскрытие просвета стомы, отличающийся тем, что конец выведенной кишки фиксируют непосредственно по окружности отдельно к косым мышцам живота, апоневрозу и отдельно к коже передней брюшной стенки.
