Abstract

1. Способ гидрообработки углеводородного топлива, включающий стадии: ! (a) образования подлежащего обработке углеводородного сырья соединением углеводородного сырья, содержащего возобновляемое органическое вещество, с потоком водорода; ! (b) направления подлежащего обработке углеводородного сырья со стадии (а) на стадию гидрообработки контактированием названного углеводородного сырья, по меньшей мере, с одним неподвижным слоем катализатора гидрообработки; ! (c) подачу потока, выходящего, по меньшей мере, из одного неподвижного слоя катализатора стадии (b) в горячий сепаратор и извлечения из горячего сепаратора верхней фракции и нижней фракции со дна сепаратора; ! (d) подачу верхней фракции со стадии (с) на стадию конверсии водяного газа; ! (e) направления выходящего со стадии (d) потока в холодный сепаратор и извлечения из холодного сепаратора газообразной верхней фракции в виде обогащенного водородом потока газа, направляемого на рециркуляцию; ! (f) подачу газообразной верхней фракции со стадии (е) в установку рекуперации сероводорода, в которой осуществляют контактирование растворителя с названным газообразным потоком, и извлечения из названной установки рекуперации газообразного потока с пониженным содержанием сероводорода и диоксида углерода, и удаления из названной установки рекуперации растворителя, содержащего сероводород и диоксид углерода; ! (g) возвращения газообразного потока с пониженным содержанием сероводорода и диоксида углерода со стадии (f) на стадию (а) либо возвращения части газообразного потока с пониженным содержанием сероводорода и диоксида углерода со стадии (f) на стадию (а) при раздел

Claims (9)

1. Способ гидрообработки углеводородного топлива, включающий стадии:
(a) образования подлежащего обработке углеводородного сырья соединением углеводородного сырья, содержащего возобновляемое органическое вещество, с потоком водорода;
(b) направления подлежащего обработке углеводородного сырья со стадии (а) на стадию гидрообработки контактированием названного углеводородного сырья, по меньшей мере, с одним неподвижным слоем катализатора гидрообработки;
(c) подачу потока, выходящего, по меньшей мере, из одного неподвижного слоя катализатора стадии (b) в горячий сепаратор и извлечения из горячего сепаратора верхней фракции и нижней фракции со дна сепаратора;
(d) подачу верхней фракции со стадии (с) на стадию конверсии водяного газа;
(e) направления выходящего со стадии (d) потока в холодный сепаратор и извлечения из холодного сепаратора газообразной верхней фракции в виде обогащенного водородом потока газа, направляемого на рециркуляцию;
(f) подачу газообразной верхней фракции со стадии (е) в установку рекуперации сероводорода, в которой осуществляют контактирование растворителя с названным газообразным потоком, и извлечения из названной установки рекуперации газообразного потока с пониженным содержанием сероводорода и диоксида углерода, и удаления из названной установки рекуперации растворителя, содержащего сероводород и диоксид углерода;
(g) возвращения газообразного потока с пониженным содержанием сероводорода и диоксида углерода со стадии (f) на стадию (а) либо возвращения части газообразного потока с пониженным содержанием сероводорода и диоксида углерода со стадии (f) на стадию (а) при разделении названного газообразного потока, по меньшей мере, на два потока и возвращении, по меньшей мере, одного из этих потоков на стадию (а) и, по меньшей мере, одного из этих потоков на стадию (d).
2. Способ по п.1, в котором поток водорода со стадии (а) является рециркулирующим газовым потоком водорода, свежим газом водородом или их комбинацией.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором содержание возобновляемого органического вещества в углеводородном топливе составляет, по меньшей мере, 5 об.%.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия гидрообработки является гидродесульфуризацией (HDS) и/или гидроденитрогенизацией (HDN).
5. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия конверсии водяного газа является стадией кислой конверсии газа.
6. Способ по п.1, включающий дополнительно направление газообразной верхней фракции со стадии (с) в установку рекуперации сероводорода, в которой осуществляют контактирование растворителя с названным газообразным потоком, и извлечения из названной установки рекуперации газообразного потока с пониженным содержанием сероводорода и диоксида углерода, и удаления из названной установки рекуперации растворителя, содержащего сероводород и диоксид углерода.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия реакции конверсии водяного газа является выбранной из группы, состоящей из стадии пониженной конверсии водяного газа, стадии умеренной конверсии водяного газа и стадии высокой конверсии водяного газа или их комбинаций.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором перед проведением стадии конверсии водяного газа к названной верхней фракции со стадии (с) или к названному газообразному потоку с пониженным содержанием сероводорода или диоксида углерода добавляют водяной пар.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, в котором к названному потоку направляемого на обработку углеводородного сырья стадии (а) и/или к одному или более неподвижным слоям катализатора гидрообработки стадии (b) добавляют воду в количестве от 0,1 до 10 мас.% от названного углеводородного топлива.
