Способ стимуляции проращивания семян сельскохозяйственных культур, включающий обработку семян электрохимически активированной водой, отличающийся тем, что семена замачивают в течение 2...4 ч в анолите водопроводной воды с рН 4,0…4,8, ОВП+500…+650 мВ с содержанием активного хлора 10...20 мг/л, либо анолите раствора глицина с рН 4,5…5,5, ОВП+450…+550 мВ с содержанием активного кислорода 8…10 мг/л, либо в смеси анолита водопроводной воды указанного качества с фильтратом молочной сыворотки в массовом соотношении 1:1 с рН 3,0…3,5 и содержанием сухих веществ 4,0...4,5%.
