Abstract
1. Способ получения антигенного препарата из бруцелл в L-форме, включающий культивирование штамма Brucella aborus И-206 в L-форме на плотной питательной среде для бруцелл в L-форме при 37°C в течение 3-5 суток, смывание микробной массы забуференным 0,9% раствором хлорида натрия (pH 7,2±0,2), инактивацию добавлением 2,5%(об./об.) формалина, выдерживание бактериальной суспензии сутки при 37°C, контроль специфической стерильности, доведение бактериальной суспензии до концентрации 4,5·1010-5·1010 м.к. в мл забуференным 0,9% раствором хлорида натрия (pH 7,2±0,2), проведение термообработки суспензии на водяной бане при 100°C в течение 45-50 мин, центрифугирование суспензии при 7000 об/мин в течение 50-60 мин, отделение и лиофилизацию надосадочной жидкости. ! 2.
