Цифровой способ измерения фазового сдвига гармонических колебаний, находящихся под воздействием случайных возмущений, основанный на измерении, в ограниченном временном интервале, включающем m периодов измеряемого колебания, среднего значения сдвига фазы, полученного в результате преобразования временных интервалов Δt между одноименными фазами измеряемого и опорного колебаний в число счетных импульсов n на каждом из наперед заданных m периодов, отличающийся тем, что измеряют среднее число счетных импульсов в выборочной медиане вариационного ряда, сформированного из элементов выборки объема K=2k+1, (k=1, 2, 3…) счетных импульсов на интервале времени измерения сдвига фазы, причем во всех элементах выборки число периодов измеряемого гармонического колебания одинаково и равно или меньше m/К.
