Способ снижения нежелательных разговоров в сети мобильной связи, характеризующийся регистрацией номеров нежелательных для разговора абонентов через сеть сотового оператора с последующим их хранением в базе данных сотового оператора и сверкой с ними при исходящих звонках от одного абонента другому, отличающийся тем, что за абонентом закрепляют возможность создания списка из номеров, после регистрации которого через сеть сотового оператора каждого абонента из списка уведомляют о том, что его исходящие звонки на номер абонента, внесшего его в список, будут тарифицироваться по специальному повышенному тарифу, который делают выше тарифа обычных исходящих звонков на другие номера аналогичной зоны и оператора, причем часть средств от оплаты за исходящие звонки по повышенному тарифу перечисляют на счет абонента, создавшего список.1.
