Abstract
1. Способ депарафинизации углеводородного сырья с получением изомеризованного продукта, сырье содержит линейные цепочечные и слабо разветвленные парафины, содержащие от 10 или более атомов углерода, включающий осуществление контакта сырья в условиях изомеризации в присутствии водорода с катализатором, включающим молекулярное сито, имеющее топологию структуры МТТ и диаметр кристаллитов приблизительно от 200 до приблизительно 400 Е в самом длинном направлении, катализатор содержит, по меньшей мере, один металл, выбранный из группы, включающей Ca, Cr, Mg, La, Na, Pr, Sr, K и Nd, и, по меньшей мере, один металл VIII группы. ! 2. A method for dewaxing hydrocarbon feedstock to obtain an isomerized product, the feedstock contains linear chain and weakly branched paraffins containing from 10 or more carbon atoms, comprising contacting the feedstock under isomerization conditions in the presence of hydrogen with a catalyst comprising a molecular sieve having the MTT structure topology and the crystallite diameter is from about 200 to about 400 E in the longest direction, the catalyst contains at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Ca, Cr, Mg, La, Na, Pr, Sr, K and Nd, and, at least one metal of group VIII. ! 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the MTT molecular sieve is selected from the group consisting of SSZ-32, ZSM-23, EU-13, ISI-4, and KZ-1. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, wherein said feedstock is selected from the group consisting of hydrogenated or hydrocracked gas oils, hydrogenated lubricating oil raffinates, light products, lubricating oil feedstocks, synthetic oils, paraffin edemas, Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oils, high temperature polyolefins fluidity, normal alpha-olefin waxes, slack wax, de-oiled waxes, microcrystalline waxes, and mixtures thereof. ! 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the Group VIII metals are selected from the group consisting of platinum and palladium and mixtures thereof. ! 5. The method of claim 1, wherein said contact is performed at a temperature of 232-427 ° C (450-800 ° F) and a pressure in the range of about 103.4 kPa (15 psi) to about 20.685 kPa (3000 psi). ! 6. The method of claim 5, wherein said pressure ranges from about 689.5 kPa (100 psi) to about 17237 kPa (2500 psi). ! 7.
