Abstract
1. Узел уплотнителя, предназначенный для использования в устройстве хирургического доступа, содержащий ! уплотнитель, имеющий отверстие, выполненный с возможностью установки через него хирургического инструмента; и ! отводящий элемент, соединенный с уплотнителем и выполненный с возможностью отвода текучей среды, собираемой рядом с отверстием, когда хирургический инструмент пропускают через уплотнитель. ! 2. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отверстие продолжается между проксимальной и дистальной поверхностями уплотнителя, и отводящий элемент расположен рядом с одной из проксимальной поверхности и дистальной поверхности уплотнителя, и выполнен с возможностью отвода текучей среды, соскабливаемой с хирургического инструмента уплотнителем. ! 3. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отводящий элемент сформирован как единая деталь с уплотнителем. ! 4. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отводящий элемент расположен таким образом, что он выполнен с возможностью контакта с хирургическим инструментом и отвода текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропускаемого через отверстие в уплотнителе. ! 5. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель имеет, в общем, коническую конфигурацию с отверстием, сформированным через него, и выполнен с возможностью формирования уплотнения вокруг инструмента, и в котором отводящий элемент содержит, по меньшей мере, одно ребро, сформированное на поверхности уплотнителя и продолжающееся наружу от отверстия для отвода текучей среды от отверстия. ! 6. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель содержит уплотнитель с нулевым зазором, и отводящий элемент включает в себя, по меньшей ме
Claims (29)
1. Узел уплотнителя, предназначенный для использования в устройстве хирургического доступа, содержащий
уплотнитель, имеющий отверстие, выполненный с возможностью установки через него хирургического инструмента; и
отводящий элемент, соединенный с уплотнителем и выполненный с возможностью отвода текучей среды, собираемой рядом с отверстием, когда хирургический инструмент пропускают через уплотнитель.
2. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отверстие продолжается между проксимальной и дистальной поверхностями уплотнителя, и отводящий элемент расположен рядом с одной из проксимальной поверхности и дистальной поверхности уплотнителя, и выполнен с возможностью отвода текучей среды, соскабливаемой с хирургического инструмента уплотнителем.
3. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отводящий элемент сформирован как единая деталь с уплотнителем.
4. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отводящий элемент расположен таким образом, что он выполнен с возможностью контакта с хирургическим инструментом и отвода текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропускаемого через отверстие в уплотнителе.
5. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель имеет, в общем, коническую конфигурацию с отверстием, сформированным через него, и выполнен с возможностью формирования уплотнения вокруг инструмента, и в котором отводящий элемент содержит, по меньшей мере, одно ребро, сформированное на поверхности уплотнителя и продолжающееся наружу от отверстия для отвода текучей среды от отверстия.
6. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель содержит уплотнитель с нулевым зазором, и отводящий элемент включает в себя, по меньшей мере, два отводящих пальца, продолжающихся от уплотнителя с нулевым зазором, причем указанные по меньшей мере, два отводящих пальца сообщаются с впитывающим резервуаром, выполненным с возможностью впитывания текучей среды, отводимой от уплотнителя с нулевым зазором с помощью указанных, по меньшей мере, двух отводящих пальцев.
7. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отводящий элемент содержит многослойный защитный элемент, расположенный в непосредственной близости к уплотнителю, и имеющий отверстие с диаметром, большим, чем диаметр отверстия уплотнителя, для формирования зазора между отверстием уплотнителя и отверстием защитного элемента, для приема через него текучей среды.
8. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отводящий элемент содержит многослойный защитный элемент, расположенный в непосредственной близости к уплотнителю и имеющий элементы на поверхности, сформированные на нем, для формирования зазора между отверстием уплотнителя и отверстием защитного элемента, для приема текучей среды через него.
9. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отводящий элемент имеет форму песочных часов и такие размеры, что он соскабливает текучую среду с хирургического инструмента, пропускаемого через центральное отверстие в отводящем элементе.
10. Узел уплотнителя по п.9, в котором отводящий элемент включает в себя дренажные прорези, расположенные рядом с отверстием для отвода текучей среды от внутренней поверхности на внешнюю поверхность отводящего элемента.
11. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель содержит гибкий элемент, имеющий отверстие, выполненное с возможностью формирования уплотнения вокруг хирургического инструмента, размещенного в нем, и распложенный рядом с ним многослойный защитный элемент.
12. Узел уплотнителя по п.11, в котором отводящий элемент содержит отклоняющие ребра на поверхности, по меньшей мере, одного из гибкого элемента и многослойного защитного элемента, и выполнен с возможностью формирования зазора между гибким элементом и многослойным защитным элементом таким образом, что текучую среду отводят от отверстия в уплотнителе.
13. Узел уплотнителя по п.11, в котором отводящий элемент содержит множество отверстий, расположенных в многослойном защитном элементе, и выполнен с возможностью отвода текучей среды от отверстия в гибком элементе.
14. Устройство хирургического доступа, содержащее
корпус, образующий рабочий канал, размеры и конфигурация которого обеспечивают возможность приема хирургического инструмента;
уплотнитель, расположенный внутри корпуса и имеющий отверстие, выполненное с возможностью формирования уплотнения вокруг хирургического инструмента, размещенного в нем; и
отводящий элемент, расположенный в корпусе и выполненный с возможностью отвода текучей среды от отверстия уплотнителя.
15. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.14, в котором корпус включает в себя проксимальный участок, содержащий уплотнитель, и дистальную канюлю, продолжающуюся дистально от проксимального участка и выполненную с возможностью ее вставки в полость тела.
16. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.14, в котором отверстие в уплотнителе сформировано, по меньшей мере, между двумя уплотнительными стенками, перемещаемыми между плотно закрытым положением и открытым положением, в котором в отверстие вставляют хирургический инструмент.
17. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.16, в котором отводящий элемент содержит, по меньшей мере, два элемента, сформированных, по меньшей мере, на двух уплотнительных стенках и выполненных с возможностью контакта с внутренней стенкой рабочего канала, когда уплотнительные стенки находятся в открытом положении, таким образом, что текучая среда, находящаяся на уплотнителе, отводится на внутреннюю стенку рабочего канала.
18. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.15, в котором отводящий элемент содержит множество дренажных пазов, сформированных в дистальной канюле и выполненных с возможностью отвода текучей среды от внутреннего участка дистальной канюли на внешнюю поверхность дистальной канюли.
19. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.14, в котором уплотнитель содержит уплотнитель с нулевым зазором, и отводящий элемент включает в себя, по меньшей мере, два отводящих пальца, продолжающихся через уплотнитель с нулевым зазором, по меньшей мере эти два отводящих пальца сообщаются с впитывающим резервуаром, выполненным с возможностью впитывания текучей среды, отводимой от уплотнителя с нулевым зазором с помощью, по меньшей мере, двух отводящих пальцев.
20. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.14, в котором отводящий элемент содержит многослойный защитный элемент, расположенный в непосредственной близости к уплотнителю и имеющий отверстие с диаметром, большим, чем диаметр отверстия уплотнителя, для формирования зазора между отверстием уплотнителя и отверстием защитного элемента, для приема через него текучей среды.
21. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.14, в котором отводящий элемент имеет форму песочных часов и размеры, позволяющие соскабливать текучую среду с хирургического инструмента, пропускаемого через центральное отверстие в отводящем элементе.
22. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.20, в котором отводящий элемент включает в себя дренажные пазы, расположенные рядом с отверстием для отвода текучей среды от внутренней поверхности на внешнюю поверхность отводящего элемента.
23. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.14, в котором уплотнитель содержит гибкий элемент и многослойный защитный элемент, и отводящий элемент содержит отклоняющие ребра на поверхности, по меньшей мере, одного из множества слоев защитного элемента и гибкого элемента, и выполнен с возможностью формирования зазора между гибким элементом и многослойным защитным элементом таким образом, что текучая среда отводится от отверстия в уплотнителе.
24. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.23, в котором отводящий элемент содержит множество отверстий, расположенных на многослойном защитном элементе, и выполненных с возможностью отвода текучей среды от отверстия в гибком элементе.
25. Способ удаления текучей среды от отверстия уплотнителя, содержащий
пропускают хирургический инструмент через отверстие в уплотнителе в устройстве хирургического доступа, определяющем рабочий канал, продолжающийся в полость тела, в котором текучую среду на уплотнителе отводят от отверстия, когда инструмент пропускают через отверстие.
26. Способ по п.25, в котором отводящий элемент, расположенный в устройстве доступа, отводит текучую среду от хирургического инструмента, по мере его пропускания через устройство хирургического доступа.
27. Способ по п.26, в котором отводящий элемент отводит текучую среду, когда уплотнитель открывается и закрывается.
28. Способ по п.25, в котором абсорбент впитывает отводимую текучую среду.
29. Способ по п.25, в котором скребок соскабливает текучую среду с инструмента, по мере того, как инструмент пропускают через отверстие.
