Abstract
Способ нагрева и плавления металлов и других материалов лазерными лучами в агрегатах с оптически непрозрачной атмосферой, включающий ввод лучей через огнеупорные своды или стены агрегата, их прохождение через атмосферу агрегата к нагреваемой поверхности и перемещение лучей по поверхности нагрева, отличающийся тем, что вокруг луча или нескольких лучей располагают направленную соосно с ними защитную трубу-фурму с внутренним диаметром, предотвращающим контакт лазерных лучей с трубой-фурмой и с расстоянием от низа трубы-фурмы до нагреваемой поверхности равным 2-30 диаметрам внутреннего канала трубы-фурмы, при этом во внутренний канал трубы-фурмы подается оптически прозрачный газ с давлением, предотвращающим поступление в него газа из атмосферы агрегата, а на пути лазерных лучей от конца трубы-фурмы до нагреваемой поверхности вокруг них создают кольцевую защитную газовую оболочку, подавая газ через кольцевую щель в трубе-фурме.
