Abstract
1. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке, включающий: ! связывание соединения, содержащего координируемую функциональную группу с подложкой катализатора; ! пропитку подложки катализатора, с которой связано соединение, раствором, который содержит металлический комплекс, в котором лиганд координирован одним атомом металла катализатора или множеством атомов металла катализатора того же самого вида, и замещение, по меньшей мере, частично, лиганда, координированного металлическим комплексом, координируемой функциональной группой соединения; и ! высушивание и обжигание подложки катализатора, пропитанной раствором. ! 2. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке по п.1, в котором металлическим комплексом является многоядерный комплекс. ! 3. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке по п.1 или 2, в котором соединение, связанное с подложкой катализатора имеет множество координируемых функциональных групп. ! 4. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке по любому из пп.1 или 2, в котором координируемая функциональная группа соединения и функциональная группа лиганда, который координирован металлом катализатора, каждый независимо отобраны из группы, состоящей из: ! -COO-, -CR1R2-O-, -NR1-, -NR-1R2, -CR1=N-R2, -CO-R1, -PR1R2, -P(=O)R1R2, -P(OR1)(OR2), -S(=O)2R1, -S+(-O-)R1, -SR1 и -CR1R2-S- (R1 и R2 каждый независимо является водородом или одновалентной органической группой). ! 5. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке по любому из пп.1 или 2, в котором координируемая функциональная группа соединения и функциональная группа лиганда, который координирован металлом катализатора, явл
Claims (6)
1. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке, включающий:
связывание соединения, содержащего координируемую функциональную группу с подложкой катализатора;
пропитку подложки катализатора, с которой связано соединение, раствором, который содержит металлический комплекс, в котором лиганд координирован одним атомом металла катализатора или множеством атомов металла катализатора того же самого вида, и замещение, по меньшей мере, частично, лиганда, координированного металлическим комплексом, координируемой функциональной группой соединения; и
высушивание и обжигание подложки катализатора, пропитанной раствором.
2. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке по п.1, в котором металлическим комплексом является многоядерный комплекс.
3. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке по п.1 или 2, в котором соединение, связанное с подложкой катализатора имеет множество координируемых функциональных групп.
4. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке по любому из пп.1 или 2, в котором координируемая функциональная группа соединения и функциональная группа лиганда, который координирован металлом катализатора, каждый независимо отобраны из группы, состоящей из:
-COO-, -CR1R2-O-, -NR1-, -NR-1R2, -CR1=N-R2, -CO-R1, -PR1R2, -P(=O)R1R2, -P(OR1)(OR2), -S(=O)2R1, -S+(-O-)R1, -SR1 и -CR1R2-S- (R1 и R2 каждый независимо является водородом или одновалентной органической группой).
5. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке по любому из пп.1 или 2, в котором координируемая функциональная группа соединения и функциональная группа лиганда, который координирован металлом катализатора, являются одним и тем же.
6. Способ изготовления катализатора на металлической подложке по любому из пп.1 или 2, в котором подложкой катализатора является подложка катализатора из оксида металла.
