Abstract
Способ производства рулонов горячекатаной полосы трубных марок стали, преимущественно, толщиной 16,1-18,7 мм с содержанием углерода 0,12-0,14%, включающий нагрев сляба под горячую прокатку, прокатку его в черновой и чистовой непрерывной группах клетей широкополосного стана с межклетевым охлаждением поверхности полосы водой, охлаждение полосы водой на отводящем рольганге с последующей смоткой в рулон, отличающийся тем, что температуру конца прокатки устанавливают для полос толщиной от 16,1 до 17 мм включительно 770-810°С, для полос толщиной свыше 17,1 до 18,7 мм включительно устанавливают 750-790°С, при этом в межклетевых промежутках чистовой группы стана регулируют интенсивность охлаждения поверхности полосы путем изменения скорости ее охлаждения, которую определяют из выражения: ! при величине деформации в первых клетях чистовой группы до 30% (включительно) V=2,2797(N)0,702, ! при величине деформации в первых клетях чистовой группы более 30% !
