Abstract

1. Протез, содержащий спиральный корпус, имеющий несколько витков, содержащих бистабильные ячейки, соединенные перемычками, причем каждая из бистабильных ячеек содержит тонкий стержень, включающий первый и второй концы, соединенные с толстым стержнем, причем тонкий стержень выполнен с возможностью перехода только между устойчивой полностью сжатой конфигурацией и устойчивой полностью раздвинутой конфигурацией. ! 2. Протез по п.1, дополнительно содержащий по меньшей мере один оконечной виток, включающий дополнительные единичные ячейки, которые задают кольцевую конструкцию, когда протез развернут. ! 3. Протез по п.2, в котором по меньшей мере некоторые из дополнительных единичных ячеек представляют собой бистабильные ячейки. ! 4. Протез по п.1, в котором тонкий стержень имеет первую толщину, толстый стержень имеет вторую толщину, а отношение первой толщины ко второй толщине составляет от 1:2 до 1:5. ! 5. Протез по п.1, в котором тонкий стержень и толстый стержень удлинены в направлении, параллельном продольной оси спирального корпуса. ! 6. Протез по п.1, в котором первый конец тонкого стержня соединен с толстым стержнем на дистальном конце единичной ячейки, а второй конец тонкого стержня соединен с толстым стержнем на проксимальном конце единичной ячейки, причем, когда протез развернут, проксимальные концы единичных ячеек одного витка спирального корпуса прилегают к дистальным концам единичных ячеек смежного витка спирального корпуса. ! 7. Claims (18)

1. Протез, содержащий спиральный корпус, имеющий несколько витков, содержащих бистабильные ячейки, соединенные перемычками, причем каждая из бистабильных ячеек содержит тонкий стержень, включающий первый и второй концы, соединенные с толстым стержнем, причем тонкий стержень выполнен с возможностью перехода только между устойчивой полностью сжатой конфигурацией и устойчивой полностью раздвинутой конфигурацией.
2. Протез по п.1, дополнительно содержащий по меньшей мере один оконечной виток, включающий дополнительные единичные ячейки, которые задают кольцевую конструкцию, когда протез развернут.
3. Протез по п.2, в котором по меньшей мере некоторые из дополнительных единичных ячеек представляют собой бистабильные ячейки.
4. Протез по п.1, в котором тонкий стержень имеет первую толщину, толстый стержень имеет вторую толщину, а отношение первой толщины ко второй толщине составляет от 1:2 до 1:5.
5. Протез по п.1, в котором тонкий стержень и толстый стержень удлинены в направлении, параллельном продольной оси спирального корпуса.
6. Протез по п.1, в котором первый конец тонкого стержня соединен с толстым стержнем на дистальном конце единичной ячейки, а второй конец тонкого стержня соединен с толстым стержнем на проксимальном конце единичной ячейки, причем, когда протез развернут, проксимальные концы единичных ячеек одного витка спирального корпуса прилегают к дистальным концам единичных ячеек смежного витка спирального корпуса.
7. Протез по п.6, в котором шаг спирального корпуса выбран таким, что, когда протез развернут, между проксимальными концами единичных ячеек одного витка спирального корпуса и дистальными концами единичных ячеек смежного витка спирального корпуса сформирован зазор.
8. Протез по п.7, в котором шаг спирального корпуса выбран таким, что, когда протез развернут, проксимальные концы единичных ячеек одного витка спирального корпуса смещены вдоль периферии по отношению к дистальным концам единичных ячеек смежного витка спирального корпуса.
9. Протез по п.1, в котором тонкий стержень и толстый стержень имеют дугообразную форму.
10. Протез по п.1, в котором каждая перемычка соединяет тонкий стержень одной бистабильной ячейки с толстым стержнем смежной бистабильной ячейки.
11. Протез по п.1, дополнительно содержащий по меньшей мере один рентгеноконтрастный маркер, прикрепленный к спиральному корпусу.
12. Протез по п.1, в котором спиральный корпус дополнительно содержит биологически активное вещество или покрытие из лекарственных средств.
13. Протез по п.1, в котором спиральный корпус содержит материал с памятью формы.
14. Протез по п.1, в котором спиральный корпус содержит биоразложимый материал.
15. Комплект для лечения окклюзии сосуда тела, содержащий:
протез по любому из пп.1-14; и
визуализирующий катетер, содержащий удлиненный корпус, включающий проксимальный конец, дистальный конец, трубчатую полость для направляющего троса, проходящую через корпус, клиновидную часть, расположенную рядом с дистальным концом, и по меньшей мере один рентгеноконтрастный маркер, расположенный на клиновидной части.
16. Комплект по п.15, в котором визуализирующий катетер дополнительно содержит отверстие для введения, по меньшей мере одно выходное отверстие и вторую трубчатую полость, проходящую от отверстия для введения до указанного по меньшей мере одного выходного отверстия.
17. Комплект по п.16, в котором указанное по меньшей мере одно выходное отверстие расположено рядом с клиновидной частью.
18. Комплект по п.15, в котором дистальный конец удлиненного корпуса выполнен с возможностью поворота.
