Abstract
1. Способ получения пористого никелида титана, включающий подготовку шихты смешиванием порошков никеля и титана, двукратное спекание в условиях вакуума полученной смеси, помещенной в жаропрочную форму, отличающийся тем, что в состав шихты включают порошок легирующего алюминия в содержании 0,1-1,0 ат.%, вместо равного ему содержания никеля, двукратное спекание осуществляют последовательно выдержкой шихты, свободно засыпанной в графитовую форму, при температуре 1100-1200 К и выдержкой полученного спеченного штаба, помещенного в вольфрамовую форму, при температуре 1400-1500 К, в течение 25-35 мин каждой выдержки. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что шихту после смешивания порошков выдерживают при комнатной температуре в течение 20-25 ч. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при втором спекании в качестве жаропрочной вольфрамовой формы используют плоский поддон.1.
