Abstract
1. Способ производства крепкого напитка, предусматривающий приготовление купажа путем смешивания, выдержанных в контакте с древесиной дуба, дистиллятов спирта с умягченной водой, сахарным сиропом и послекупажный отдых, отличающийся тем, что приготовление купажа осуществляют в две стадии: на первой стадии смешивают дистилляты спирта и сахарный сироп, из расчета обеспечения необходимых кондиций по сахару в готовом купаже после смешивания с умягченной водой на второй стадии, насыщают эту смесь кислородом до 20-40 мг/дм3, нагревают до температуры 60-75°С, и обрабатывают теплом при этой температуре в течение 2-5 ч, а на второй стадии смесь дистиллятов и сахарного сиропа, после завершения тепловой обработки, вводят в предварительно охлажденную до 2-15°С умягченную воду до достижения необходимых кондиций по содержанию спирта, затем готовый купаж выдерживают при сложившейся температуре до полного связывания кислорода и фильтруют. ! 2.
