Способ получения вяжущего на основе карбонатного сырья в виде шламового отхода химической подготовки воды на ТЭЦ, нейтрализованный раствором серной кислоты до рН=5-7 и механоактивированный с последующей автоклавной обработкой, отличающийся тем, что с целью сокращения технологического цикла и улучшения свойств вяжущего, нейтрализацию серной кислоты и механоактивацию с последующей автоклавной обработкой проводят одновременно (механическая активация шлама).
