1. Способ опрессовки и исследования нефтяных и газовых скважин, включающий спуск в скважину прибора, посадку над кровлей пласта, замер давления под пакерной зоной, запись показателей в режиме реального времени, создание испытательного давления с устья и определение герметичности колонны, отличающийся тем, что единовременно производят дополнительный замер давлений и расходов скважинной жидкости в над и меж пакерных зонах посредством установки датчиков СТИ и давления в над пакерной зоне, сопоставление и расчет полученных показателей, при этом при наличии стабильных показателей судят о контролируемых параметрах пласта и скважины, при получении нестабильных показателей судят о нарушениях в над, меж и под пакерных зонах пласта и скважины, производят распакеровку и посадку прибора в другой интервал скважины с последующим замером данных. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что замер давлений и расходов скважинной жидкости в над, меж и под пакерных зонах в скважинах с поглощающими пластами или с низкими пластовыми давлениями при разнице давлений в указанных полостях в 3-5 атмосфер осуществляют после выравнивания давлений, при разнице давлений в указанных полостях более 3-5 атмосфер производят плавное стравливание давления, при выравнивании показаний давления в указанных полостях, производят срыв пакера.1.
