Abstract
1. Способ получения полиолов катализируемым основаниями присоединением алкиленоксидов, содержащих по меньшей мере 10 мас.% этиленоксида, к многофункциональным инициирующим соединениям с активными в реакции Церевитинова атомами водорода в присутствии катализаторов на основе гидроксидов щелочных металлов, гидридов щелочных металлов, гидридов щелочноземельных металлов, карбоксилатов щелочных металлов, карбоксилатов щелочноземельных металлов или гидроксидов щелочноземельных металлов, концентрация которых составляет от 0,004 до 0,5 мас.% в пересчете на количество конечного продукта, причем нейтрализацию щелочных полимеризационноактивных центров сырого продукта присоединения алкиленоксидов осуществляют подачей серной кислоты, реализуемой таким образом, чтобы для нейтрализации содержащегося в сыром полимере количества катализатора было задействовано от 66 до 100 мол.% используемой кислоты только первой ступени диссоциации. ! 2. Способ по п.1, причем до или в процессе присоединения алкиленоксидов добавляют от 10 до 80 мас.% триглицеридов в пересчете на количество конечного продукта. ! 3. Применение полиолов, которые могут быть получены по п.1 или 2, для синтеза полиуретанов.
Claims (3)
1. Способ получения полиолов катализируемым основаниями присоединением алкиленоксидов, содержащих по меньшей мере 10 мас.% этиленоксида, к многофункциональным инициирующим соединениям с активными в реакции Церевитинова атомами водорода в присутствии катализаторов на основе гидроксидов щелочных металлов, гидридов щелочных металлов, гидридов щелочноземельных металлов, карбоксилатов щелочных металлов, карбоксилатов щелочноземельных металлов или гидроксидов щелочноземельных металлов, концентрация которых составляет от 0,004 до 0,5 мас.% в пересчете на количество конечного продукта, причем нейтрализацию щелочных полимеризационноактивных центров сырого продукта присоединения алкиленоксидов осуществляют подачей серной кислоты, реализуемой таким образом, чтобы для нейтрализации содержащегося в сыром полимере количества катализатора было задействовано от 66 до 100 мол.% используемой кислоты только первой ступени диссоциации.
2. Способ по п.1, причем до или в процессе присоединения алкиленоксидов добавляют от 10 до 80 мас.% триглицеридов в пересчете на количество конечного продукта.
3. Применение полиолов, которые могут быть получены по п.1 или 2, для синтеза полиуретанов.
