1. Claims (32)
1. Способ, включающий:
получение результатов запроса сетевого контента посредством мобильного устройства;
определение геопозиции по меньшей мере одного объекта, связанного с результатами запроса сетевого контента;
определение поля обзора камеры, связанного с мобильным устройством;
определение виртуальной позиции в поле обзора камеры, которая представляет реальное местоположение объекта относительно сцены, содержащейся в поле обзора камеры; и
отображение посредством мобильного устройства графического изображения, представляющего объект, в указанной виртуальной позиции в поле обзора камеры.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что определение виртуальной позиции в поле обзора камеры включает определение местоположения на видимом изображении, снимаемом мобильным устройством.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что отображение графического изображения включает наложение графического изображения на видимое изображение.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что определение виртуальной позиции в поле обзора камеры мобильного устройства включает определение геопозиции мобильного устройства.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что определение геопозиции мобильного устройства включает доступ посредством мобильного устройства к приемнику глобальной спутниковой системы определения местоположения.
6. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что определение геопозиции мобильного устройства включает определение ориентации мобильного устройства относительно поверхности земли.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что определение ориентации мобильного устройства относительно поверхности земли включает определение направления поля обзора камеры по компасу.
8. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что определение ориентации мобильного устройства относительно поверхности земли включает определение одного или нескольких углов поворота мобильного устройства относительно поверхности земли.
9. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий отображение посредством мобильного устройства по выбору по меньшей мере одного из следующих изображений:
a) трехмерного вида, который содержит сцену с наложенным графическим изображением; и
b) двумерного вида, который содержит первое графическое изображение, представляющее объект, и
переключение между трехмерным видом и двумерным видом на основании ориентации мобильного устройства относительно поверхности земли.
10. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий отображение по выбору посредством мобильного устройства двумерного вида, который содержит стрелку, указывающую местоположение объекта относительно местоположения мобильного устройства
11. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий воспроизведение звука в наушниках мобильного устройства, причем звук пространственно ориентирован для направления пользователя устройства к объекту.
12. Способ по п.11, дополнительно включающий:
определение расстояния между указанным по меньшей мере одним объектом и подвижным терминалом; и
изменение характеристики звука на основании этого расстояния.
13. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что получение результатов запроса сетевого контента посредством мобильного устройства включает передачу через сеть на сервер запроса на поиск и получение результатов запроса сетевого контента от сервера в ответ на этот запрос на поиск.
14. Способ по п.13, дополнительно включающий обнаружение текста в указанной сцене с использованием оптического распознавания символов и формирование запроса на основании этого текста.
15. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий:
определение расстояния между указанным по меньшей мере одним объектом и подвижным терминалом;
и
изменение визуальных характеристик графического изображения на основании этого расстояния.
16. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий:
обеспечение способности выбирать графическое изображение посредством мобильного устройства; и
отображение посредством мобильного устройства дополнительных данных, связанных с объектом, в ответ на выбор графического изображения.
17. Устройство, содержащее:
камеру;
дисплей;
сетевой интерфейс, способный осуществлять связь через сеть;
процессор, соединенный с сетевым интерфейсом, камерой и дисплеем;
и
память, соединенную с процессором, причем эта память содержит команды, которые заставляют процессор
подавать запрос сетевого контента через сетевой интерфейс;
получать результаты запроса сетевого контента через сетевой интерфейс;
определять геопозицию по меньшей мере одного объекта, связанного с указанными результатами;
обнаруживать сцену в поле обзора камеры;
определять в поле обзора виртуальную позицию, которая представляет реальное местоположение объекта относительно сцены; и
отображать графическое изображение на дисплее в виртуальной позиции в поле обзора, причем это графическое изображение представляет указанный объект.
18. Устройство по п.17, отличающееся тем, что команды дополнительно заставляют процессор отображать графическое изображение с наложением на сцену на дисплее.
19. Устройство по п.17, дополнительно включающее датчик местоположения, соединенный с процессором, который определяет геопозицию устройства, при этом команды дополнительно заставляют процессор определять виртуальную позицию в поле обзора на основании геопозиции устройства.
20. Устройство по п.19, отличающееся тем, что датчик местоположения содержит приемник глобальной системы определения местоположения.
21. Устройство по п.19, отличающееся тем, что датчик местоположения дополнительно содержит датчик ориентации, который определяет ориентацию устройства относительно поверхности земли, а команды дополнительно заставляют процессор определять виртуальную позицию в поле обзора на основании ориентации устройства.
22. Устройство по п.17, дополнительно содержащее датчик ориентации, который определяет ориентацию устройства относительно поверхности земли, при этом, на основании ориентации, команды дополнительно заставляют процессор переключаться между полем обзора камеры и двумерным видом.
23. Устройство по п.17, дополнительно содержащее процессор звуковых сигналов, способный воспроизводить звук, который пространственно-ориентирован для направления пользователя устройства к объекту.
24. Устройство по п.17, отличающееся тем, что память дополнительно содержит веб-браузер, а команды сконфигурированы как подключаемый программный модуль для веб-браузера.
25. Машиночитаемый носитель, имеющий хранящиеся на нем команды, выполняемые устройством обработки данных, способным подключаться к сети для выполнения шагов, включающих:
передачу запроса сетевого контента через сеть;
получение результатов запроса сетевого контента через сеть;
определение геопозиции по меньшей мере одного объекта, связанного с указанными результатами;
обнаружение сцены в поле обзора камеры устройства обработки данных;
определение в поле обзора камеры виртуальной позиции, которая представляет реальное местоположение объекта относительно сцены; и
отображение графического изображения, которое представляет объект, в виртуальной позиции в поле обзора камеры посредством дисплея устройства обработки данных.
26. Система, содержащая:
средства для получения результатов сетевого запроса в мобильном устройстве;
средства для определения геопозиции по меньшей мере одного объекта, связанного с результатами; и
средства для отображения графического изображения, представляющего объект, в позиции трехмерной сцены, которая представляет реальное местоположение объекта относительно этой сцены, на основании геопозиции объекта.
27. Способ, включающий:
определение геопозиции мобильного устройства;
включение геопозиции мобильного устройства в запрос контента;
передачу запроса контента через сеть и
прием мобильным устройством документа, пригодного для отображения посредством мобильного устройства, в ответ на запрос контента, при этом документ адаптируют на основе геопозиции мобильного устройства.
28. Способ по п.27, отличающийся тем, что включение геопозиции мобильного устройства в запрос контента включает включение геопозиции в запрос по протоколу пересылки гипертекста (HTTP).
29. Способ по п.28, отличающийся тем, что включение геопозиции в запрос по протоколу HTTP включает включение геопозиции в заголовок по протоколу HTTP.
30. Способ по п.27, дополнительно включающий:
внедрение индикатора обновления местоположения в указанный документ, и
принуждение подвижного терминала запрашивать новую версию документа на основании сравнения индикатора обновления местоположения и геопозиции мобильного устройства.
31. Способ по п.27, дополнительно включающий:
внедрение объекта, связанного с местоположением, в документ; и
изменение характеристики отображения объекта, связанного с местоположением, на основании изменений геопозиции мобильного устройства.
32. Машиночитаемый носитель, имеющий хранящиеся на нем команды, выполняемые устройством обработки данных, способным подключаться к сети, для выполнения шагов, включающих:
определение геопозиции устройства обработки данных;
включение геопозиции в запрос контента;
передачу запроса контента через сеть и
прием устройством обработки данных информационного объекта, пригодного для отображения посредством устройства обработки данных в ответ на запрос контента, причем документ адаптируют на основе геопозиции устройства обработки данных.
