Abstract
1. Сухая салфетка с дезинфицирующими растворами, содержащая: сухой субстрат, содержащий синтетические волокна; и ! пропитку для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства, присутствующую на субстрате, ! где салфетка стабильна по отношению к активному дезинфицирующему средству. ! 2. Салфетка по п.1, где салфетка стабильна по отношению к квату и стабильна по отношению к отбеливателю. ! 3. Салфетка по п.1, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства означает соединение четвертичного аммония. ! 4. Салфетка по п.3, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства означает соединение диалкил диметиламмония. ! 5. Салфетка по п.4, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства означает соединение X N,N-диалкил-N,N-диметиламмония, где X означает химическую группу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из карбоната, бикарбоната, сульфата, метилсульфата и этилсульфата. ! 6. Салфетка по п.5, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства выбирается из группы, состоящей из карбоната дидецил диметиламмония и бикарбоната дидецил диметиламмония. ! 7. Салфетка по п.3, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства означает лаурилдиметиламмонийгидроксипропил алкилполиглюкозид. ! 8. Салфетка по п.1, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства присутствует на субстрате на уровне добавки около 0,20 процента или менее в расчете на массу субстрата. ! 9. Салфетка по п.1, где субстрат содержит 100 процентов синтетических волокон. ! 10. Салфетка по п.9, где субстрат содержит полипропиленовые волокна, полиэтиленовые волокна, полиэфирные волокна или бикомпонентные волокна. ! 11. Салфетка по п.1, где субстр�
Claims (20)
1. Сухая салфетка с дезинфицирующими растворами, содержащая: сухой субстрат, содержащий синтетические волокна; и
пропитку для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства, присутствующую на субстрате,
где салфетка стабильна по отношению к активному дезинфицирующему средству.
2. Салфетка по п.1, где салфетка стабильна по отношению к квату и стабильна по отношению к отбеливателю.
3. Салфетка по п.1, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства означает соединение четвертичного аммония.
4. Салфетка по п.3, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства означает соединение диалкил диметиламмония.
5. Салфетка по п.4, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства означает соединение X N,N-диалкил-N,N-диметиламмония, где X означает химическую группу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из карбоната, бикарбоната, сульфата, метилсульфата и этилсульфата.
6. Салфетка по п.5, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства выбирается из группы, состоящей из карбоната дидецил диметиламмония и бикарбоната дидецил диметиламмония.
7. Салфетка по п.3, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства означает лаурилдиметиламмонийгидроксипропил алкилполиглюкозид.
8. Салфетка по п.1, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства присутствует на субстрате на уровне добавки около 0,20 процента или менее в расчете на массу субстрата.
9. Салфетка по п.1, где субстрат содержит 100 процентов синтетических волокон.
10. Салфетка по п.9, где субстрат содержит полипропиленовые волокна, полиэтиленовые волокна, полиэфирные волокна или бикомпонентные волокна.
11. Салфетка по п.1, где субстрат выбирается из группы, состоящей из субстрата, спряденного из расплава, субстрата, сформованного сухим способом, субстрата, сформованного мокрым способом, субстрата, полученного вязанием или субстрата, полученного плетением.
12. Салфетка по п.1, где субстрат выбирается из группы, состоящей из субстрата, связанного с помощью валика для тиснения, субстрата, связанного посредством проходящего воздуха, и субстрата, полученного гидроперепутыванием.
13. Салфетка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, также содержащая поверхностно-активное вещество на субстрате.
14. Система салфетки для дезинфекции поверхностей, содержащая салфетку по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дезинфицирующий раствор и контейнер, который содержит салфетку, и в который помещается дезинфицирующий раствор.
15. Система салфетки по п.14, где дезинфицирующий раствор означает дезинфицирующее средство на основе четвертичного аммония или дезинфицирующее средство на основе отбеливателя.
16. Способ получения салфетки для использования с дезинфицирующими растворами, предусматривающий стадии:
формирования сухого субстрата, содержащего синтетические волокна; и
нанесение пропитки для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства на субстрат, что делает салфетку, как стабильной по отношению к квату, так и стабильной по отношению к отбеливателю.
17. Способ по п.16, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства наносится во время формирования субстрата.
18. Способ по п.16, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства наносится на синтетические волокна перед формированием субстрата.
19. Способ по п.16, где пропитка для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства наносится на синтетические волокна после формирования субстрата.
20. Способ по любому из пп.16, 17, 18 или 19, также включающий стадию тепловой обработки субстрата, после того как субстрат был обработан пропиткой для высвобождения дезинфицирующего средства.
