Abstract
Индукционная печь, содержащая индуктор, холодный тигель, теплоизоляционный слой, внутренний тигель и его нижнюю и верхнюю крышки, изготовленные из карбида кремния, отличающаяся тем, что печь снабжена загрузочным устройством, содержащим цилиндр с воронкой, расположенным внутри него поршнем с приводом возвратно-поступательного движения и отсекателем, при этом цилиндр укреплен на верхней крышке тигля и снабжен гладкой с выходным штуцером рубашкой, полость которой сообщена с рабочей полостью печи, и затвором, выполненным в виде диска с посадочным конусом, жестко соединенного с осью, смонтированной в опорах и связанной с приводом реверсивного поворота.An induction furnace containing an inductor, a cold crucible, an insulating layer, an inner crucible and its lower and upper covers made of silicon carbide, characterized in that the furnace is equipped with a loading device containing a cylinder with a funnel, a piston with a reciprocating drive located inside it and a cutter, while the cylinder is mounted on the top cover of the crucible and is equipped with a smooth shirt with an outlet fitting, the cavity of which is in communication with the working cavity of the furnace, and a shutter made in the form of a disk from daughter cone, rigidly connected to the axis mounted in the supports and connected with the drive reverse rotation.
