Abstract
Способ рельефной лазерной гравировки, заключающийся в формировании трехмерного изображения в памяти компьютера с разложением на послойные зоны обработки и управлении лазерным лучом, отличающийся тем, что обработку осуществляют излучением волоконного импульсно-периодического одномодового лазера на поверхности материала, а управление излучением осуществляют с помощью развертки в форме прямоугольной спирали, рассчитанной таким образом, чтобы расстояние между соседними линиями составляло 60-70% от диаметра фокального пятна с учетом изменений фокального расстояния, скорость углового перемещения пучка выбирается таким образом, чтобы расстояние между соседними точками воздействия равнялось расстоянию между линиями, а частота следования импульсов выбирается минимально допустимой для волоконного лазера, при этом угловое перемещение луча осуществляется с помощью гальванометрических сканаторов, а коррекция положения фокальной плоскости с помощью динамического трансфокатора, обеспечивающего совмещение области фокальной перетяжки луча с зоной обработки в режиме удаления материала и снижение плотности мощности за счет дефокусировки излучения в режиме удаления нагара.The method of relief laser engraving, which consists in the formation of a three-dimensional image in the computer's memory with decomposition into layer-by-layer processing zones and controlling the laser beam, characterized in that the processing is carried out by radiation of a pulsed-periodic single-mode laser on the surface of the material, and the radiation is controlled by scanning in the form rectangular spiral, designed so that the distance between adjacent lines is 60-70% of the diameter of the focal spot, taking into account the measurement focal distance, the angular velocity of the beam is chosen so that the distance between adjacent points of influence is equal to the distance between the lines, and the pulse repetition rate is chosen to be the minimum acceptable for a fiber laser, while the angular movement of the beam is carried out using galvanometric scanners, and the position of the focal plane is corrected using dynamic zoom, combining the area of the focal waist of the beam with the processing zone in the distance mode Ia material and reduction in power density due to defocus radiation mode removing fouling.
