1. Цемент низкой водопотребности, содержащий портландцемент, минеральный наполнитель и органический водопонижающий реагент, отличающийся тем, что в качестве минерального наполнителя взят карбонатсодержащий материал с долей карбоната кальция в материале не менее 60%, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! Портландцемент50-70Карбонатсодержащий материал30-50 ! Органический водопонижающий реагент 0,3-3,0% от массы цемента низкой водопотребности. ! 2. Способ получения цемента низкой водопотребности, в котором осуществляют помол портландцемента, минерального наполнителя и органического водопонижающего реагента, отличающийся тем, что в качестве минерального наполнителя берут карбонатсодержащий материал с долей карбоната кальция не менее 60%, сначала осуществляют совместный помол портландцемента с органическим водопонижающим реагентом, а затем их помол с добавлением карбонатсодержащего материала, причем компоненты берут в следующем соотношении, мас.%: ! Портландцемент50-70Карбонатсодержащий материал30-50 ! Органический водопонижающий реагент 0,3-3,0% от массы цемента низкой водопотребности.1.
