Abstract

Способ получения листового армированного фторопластового материала, включающий предварительное изготовление неориентированной полимерной пленки (из фторопласта-4 или из фторопластовых композиций), заполнение пор сетки (или другого листового антифрикционного материала с ячеисто-пористым рельефом поверхности) вышеуказанной пленкой и термообработку, отличающийся тем, что спекание листовых заготовок осуществляют при температуре 643-653К в пакетах, зафиксированных в специальные рамки под давлением, создаваемым расширением фторопласта-4.A method of obtaining a sheet of reinforced fluoroplastic material, comprising pre-fabricating a non-oriented polymer film (from fluoroplast-4 or from fluoroplastic compositions), filling the pores of the mesh (or other sheet antifriction material with a cellular-porous surface relief) with the above film and heat treatment, characterized in that the sintering sheet blanks are carried out at a temperature of 643-653K in bags fixed in special frames under pressure created by the expansion of fluoroplast-4.

Способ получения листового армированного фторопластового материала, включающий предварительное изготовление неориентированной полимерной пленки (из фторопласта-4 или из фторопластовых композиций), заполнение пор сетки (или другого листового антифрикционного материала с ячеисто-пористым рельефом поверхности) вышеуказанной пленкой и термообработку, отличающийся тем, что спекание листовых заготовок осуществляют при температуре 643-653К в пакетах, зафиксированных в специальные рамки под давлением, создаваемым расширением фторопласта-4.
