Abstract
Способ получения листов из титанового сплава Ti-6Al-4V, включающий предварительную обработку заготовки перед холодной прокаткой, холодную прокатку, отжиг, резку листов и отделочные операции, отличающийся тем, что предварительную заготовку получают последовательной ковкой или штамповкой слитка в β, α+β областях, полученный сляб прокатывают в черновой клети при температуре металла (Тпп+10)±10°C с суммарной степенью деформации 80-95% и в чистовой клети при температуре металла (Тпп+30)±10°C с суммарной степенью деформации 60-85% рулонным способом, с последующим травлением и отжигом, а холодную прокатку ведут рулонным методом за несколько циклов до получения полуфабриката заданной толщины и микроструктуры, при этом каждый цикл включает холодную прокатку с суммарной степенью деформации 10-25%, отжиг и травление, отжиг на всех переделах производят при температуре (Тпп-100…170)±10°C, кроме последнего цикла холодной прокатки, в котором отжиг осуществляют при температуре (Тпп-170…220)±10°C.A method of producing sheets of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V, including pre-treatment of the workpiece before cold rolling, cold rolling, annealing, sheet cutting and finishing operations, characterized in that the preliminary workpiece is obtained by sequential forging or stamping of the ingot in β, α + β areas , the resulting slab is rolled in a roughing stand at a metal temperature (TPP + 10) ± 10 ° C with a total degree of deformation of 80-95% and in a finishing stand at a metal temperature (TPP + 30) ± 10 ° C with a total degree of deformation of 60-85 % roll method, with after by etching and annealing, and cold rolling is carried out by the roll method for several cycles until a semi-finished product of a given thickness and microstructure is obtained, each cycle including cold rolling with a total degree of deformation of 10-25%, annealing and etching, annealing at all stages, is carried out at a temperature ( TPP-100 ... 170) ± 10 ° C, except for the last cold rolling cycle, in which annealing is carried out at a temperature of (TPP-170 ... 220) ± 10 ° C.
