Abstract

1. Лекарственный препарат, содержащий активное вещество, заключенное в стеклообразные частицы, которые смешиваются с жидкостью с возможностью введения пациенту инъекций через кожу, причем пропорция частиц к жидкости является достаточно высокой, чтобы предотвратить осаждение частиц в верхней или нижней части слоя жидкости. ! 2. Препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что жидкость присутствует в достаточном количестве, чтобы сформировать смазку между смежными частицами. ! 3. Препарат по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в основном вся жидкость взаимодействует с частицами благодаря действию межмолекулярных сил. ! 4. Препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что жидкость представляет собой растительное масло из семян сезама или сквалана или полиэтиленгликоль. ! 5. Устройство для осуществления инъекции препарата по пп.1-4 через кожу пациента, включающее трубку, содержащую препарат, при этом трубка имеет достаточно острый конец и диаметр, который является достаточно малым, чтобы обеспечить проникновение через кожу пациента, и поршень для введения препарата через острый конец трубки, после того, как последняя прошла через кожу пациента. ! 6. Предварительно заполненный шприц и игла, содержащий препарат по пп.1-4. ! 7. Лекарственный препарат, содержащий активное вещество, заключенное в стеклообразные частицы, которые смешиваются с носителем с возможностью введения пациенту инъекцией через кожу, причем носитель выбирается и присутствует в таком количестве, что смесь имеет вязкость или толщину, предотвращающую отделение частиц от носителя. ! 8. Claims (9)

1. Лекарственный препарат, содержащий активное вещество, заключенное в стеклообразные частицы, которые смешиваются с жидкостью с возможностью введения пациенту инъекций через кожу, причем пропорция частиц к жидкости является достаточно высокой, чтобы предотвратить осаждение частиц в верхней или нижней части слоя жидкости.
2. Препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что жидкость присутствует в достаточном количестве, чтобы сформировать смазку между смежными частицами.
3. Препарат по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в основном вся жидкость взаимодействует с частицами благодаря действию межмолекулярных сил.
4. Препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что жидкость представляет собой растительное масло из семян сезама или сквалана или полиэтиленгликоль.
5. Устройство для осуществления инъекции препарата по пп.1-4 через кожу пациента, включающее трубку, содержащую препарат, при этом трубка имеет достаточно острый конец и диаметр, который является достаточно малым, чтобы обеспечить проникновение через кожу пациента, и поршень для введения препарата через острый конец трубки, после того, как последняя прошла через кожу пациента.
6. Предварительно заполненный шприц и игла, содержащий препарат по пп.1-4.
7. Лекарственный препарат, содержащий активное вещество, заключенное в стеклообразные частицы, которые смешиваются с носителем с возможностью введения пациенту инъекцией через кожу, причем носитель выбирается и присутствует в таком количестве, что смесь имеет вязкость или толщину, предотвращающую отделение частиц от носителя.
8. Лекарственный препарат, содержащий активное вещество, заключенное в стеклообразные частицы, которые смешаны с носителем с возможностью введения пациенту инъекцией через кожу, причем носитель является полутвердым материалом.
9. Устройство для инъекции лекарственного препарата в пациента, содержащее активный ингредиент, сохраненный в стеклообразных частицах, включающее шприц для подкожных инъекций, причем частицы смешиваются с осаждающимся материалом-носителем, которому позволяют затвердевать или полузатвердевать, чтобы сформировать твердое или полутвердое тело в игле, и средство для того, чтобы извлечь твердое или полутвердое тело из иглы и ввести его пациенту.
