Abstract

A method for the quantitative determination of hesperidin, including the transfer of hesperidin from a sample to a solution and voltammetric determination using an indicator glassy carbon electrode, characterized in that differential voltammetry is used, while the accumulation of hesperidin in a stirred solution is carried out for 60 ÷ 120 s at an electrolysis potential (-0, 6 ÷ -0.8) In a relatively saturated silver chloride electrode against a background of 0.1 n disubstituted sodium hydrogen phosphate, followed by registration of the anode peaks in diff differential voltammograms shooting mode, when the potential sweep rate of 20 ÷ 30 mV / s, and the concentration of hesperidin is determined by the peak height in the potential range of from 0.35 to 0.45 by addition certified mixtures.
