Abstract
1. Инъецируемый композитный материал, содержащий трехзамещенный фосфат кальция в качестве керамической фазы и гидрогель поливинилового спирта в качестве жидкой фазы. ! 2. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.1, в котором гидрогель поливинилового спирта в качестве жидкой фазы представляет собой 2-30% (по массе) водный раствор поливинилового спирта. ! 3. Инъецируемый композитный материал по любому из пп.1 и 2, в котором массовое (вес/вес) отношение полимер поливинилового спирта/трехзамещенный фосфат кальция составляет от 3/97 до 20/80. ! 4. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.3, в котором массовое (вес/вес) отношение полимер поливинилового спирта/трехзамещенный фосфат кальция составляет 7/93. ! 5. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.3, в котором массовое (вес/вес) отношение полимер поливинилового спирта/трехзамещенный фосфат кальция составляет 12/88. ! 6. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.3, в котором массовое (вес/вес) отношение полимер поливинилового спирта/трехзамещенный фосфат кальция составляет 14/86. ! 7. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.1, дополнительно содержащий биоактивный агент, выбранный из группы, содержащей лекарственные средства, клетки, ростовые факторы и комбинации вышеперечисленных агентов. ! 8. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.1 в качестве заменителя костной ткани. ! 9. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.1, для получения лекарственного средства, пригодного для использования в качестве заменителя костной ткани. ! 10. Способ получения инъецируемого композитного материала по любому из пп.1-7, включающий приготовление водного раствора поливинилового спирта и последующее смешивание полученного
Claims (10)
1. Инъецируемый композитный материал, содержащий трехзамещенный фосфат кальция в качестве керамической фазы и гидрогель поливинилового спирта в качестве жидкой фазы.
2. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.1, в котором гидрогель поливинилового спирта в качестве жидкой фазы представляет собой 2-30% (по массе) водный раствор поливинилового спирта.
3. Инъецируемый композитный материал по любому из пп.1 и 2, в котором массовое (вес/вес) отношение полимер поливинилового спирта/трехзамещенный фосфат кальция составляет от 3/97 до 20/80.
4. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.3, в котором массовое (вес/вес) отношение полимер поливинилового спирта/трехзамещенный фосфат кальция составляет 7/93.
5. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.3, в котором массовое (вес/вес) отношение полимер поливинилового спирта/трехзамещенный фосфат кальция составляет 12/88.
6. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.3, в котором массовое (вес/вес) отношение полимер поливинилового спирта/трехзамещенный фосфат кальция составляет 14/86.
7. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.1, дополнительно содержащий биоактивный агент, выбранный из группы, содержащей лекарственные средства, клетки, ростовые факторы и комбинации вышеперечисленных агентов.
8. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.1 в качестве заменителя костной ткани.
9. Инъецируемый композитный материал по п.1, для получения лекарственного средства, пригодного для использования в качестве заменителя костной ткани.
10. Способ получения инъецируемого композитного материала по любому из пп.1-7, включающий приготовление водного раствора поливинилового спирта и последующее смешивание полученного раствора с порошком трехзамещенного фосфата кальция.
