Abstract
Способ контроля обсемененности объектов внешней среды грамотрицательными бактериями путем исследования смывов, отличающийся тем, что смывы фильтруют через бактериальные фильтры, на которых концентрируются бактерии, затем фильтры помещают в пробирку с 1 мл сверхчистой воды, кипятят, центрифугируют, отделяют супернатант, из него осаждают тотальную ДНК изопропиловым спиртом и подвергают ПЦР-анализу с использованием видо- и родоспецифичных праймеров грамотрицательных бактерий.A method of controlling the contamination of environmental objects by gram-negative bacteria by studying swabs, characterized in that the swabs are filtered through bacterial filters on which bacteria are concentrated, then the filters are placed in a test tube with 1 ml of ultrapure water, boiled, centrifuged, the supernatant is separated, total DNA is precipitated from it isopropyl alcohol and is subjected to PCR analysis using species-specific and rhodospecific primers of gram-negative bacteria.
