Abstract
1. Система для производства нетканого полотна из волокон, включающая: ! агрегат прядильной балки, сконфигурированный для переработки и подачи множества потоков полимеров для экструзии через отверстия фильеры, причем агрегат прядильной балки включает в себя множество подающих проходов, сообщающихся по текучей среде с отверстиями фильеры, где по меньшей мере два подающих прохода сконфигурированы таким образом, чтобы подавать к отверстиям фильеры отдельные потоки полимеров с разными полимерными компонентами; ! камеру быстрого охлаждения для приема и быстрого охлаждения экструдированных нитей из отверстий фильеры, причем камера быстрого охлаждения включает в себя источник подачи газа для направления газового потока на экструдированные нити; ! вытяжную камеру, сообщающуюся с камерой быстрого охлаждения и сконфигурированную для приема и разрежения быстро охлажденных волокон; и ! формовочную поверхность для приема вытянутых нитей, выходящих из вытяжной камеры и формования нетканого волокнистого полотна на формовочной поверхности; ! и при этом система поддерживает экструдируемые нити в закрытом пространстве между отверстиями фильеры и вытяжной камерой с целью предотвращения контактирования нитей с неконтролируемыми газовыми потоками. ! 2. The system according to claim 1, in which the spinning beam assembly includes a plurality of collectors for separating and independently maintaining different temperatures for different polymer flows with different polymer components. ! 3.
