Abstract
1. Способ очистки сырьевого потока сырого природного газа, который включает следующие стадии: ! (1) пропускание указанного сырьевого потока сырого природного газа через секцию абсорбции, содержащую адсорбент, селективный для удаления тяжелых углеводородов и воды из указанного сырьевого потока природного газа, и таким образом образование первого выходящего потока; ! (2) введение указанного первого выходящего потока в контакт с водным аминовым абсорбентом, где указанный водный аминовый абсорбент удаляет кислые газы из указанного первого выходящего потока, таким образом, образование продуктового потока природного газа, имеющего меньшее, чем в указанном первом выходящем потоке, содержание кислых газов; ! (3) рециркулирование указанного продуктового потока природного газа через указанную секцию абсорбции, содержащую адсорбент, селективный для удаления воды; и ! (4) сбор продуктового потока природного газа, содержащего меньшее, чем в указанном потоке сырого природного газа, количество воды и тяжелых углеводородов. ! 2. Способ по п.1, где указанный адсорбент, селективный для удаления тяжелых углеводородов и воды, выбирают из группы, состоящей из силикагелей, молекулярных сит, активированных оксидов алюминия и активированных углей, или их комбинаций. ! 3. Способ по п.2, где указанный адсорбент представляет собой один или несколько силикагелей. ! 4. Способ по п.1, где указанный адсорбент в указанном блоке абсорбции регенерируют путем высвобождения адсорбированных тяжелых углеводородов и воды, используя нагретый продувочный поток. ! 5. Claims (10)
1. Способ очистки сырьевого потока сырого природного газа, который включает следующие стадии:
(1) пропускание указанного сырьевого потока сырого природного газа через секцию абсорбции, содержащую адсорбент, селективный для удаления тяжелых углеводородов и воды из указанного сырьевого потока природного газа, и таким образом образование первого выходящего потока;
(2) введение указанного первого выходящего потока в контакт с водным аминовым абсорбентом, где указанный водный аминовый абсорбент удаляет кислые газы из указанного первого выходящего потока, таким образом, образование продуктового потока природного газа, имеющего меньшее, чем в указанном первом выходящем потоке, содержание кислых газов;
(3) рециркулирование указанного продуктового потока природного газа через указанную секцию абсорбции, содержащую адсорбент, селективный для удаления воды; и
(4) сбор продуктового потока природного газа, содержащего меньшее, чем в указанном потоке сырого природного газа, количество воды и тяжелых углеводородов.
2. Способ по п.1, где указанный адсорбент, селективный для удаления тяжелых углеводородов и воды, выбирают из группы, состоящей из силикагелей, молекулярных сит, активированных оксидов алюминия и активированных углей, или их комбинаций.
3. Способ по п.2, где указанный адсорбент представляет собой один или несколько силикагелей.
4. Способ по п.1, где указанный адсорбент в указанном блоке абсорбции регенерируют путем высвобождения адсорбированных тяжелых углеводородов и воды, используя нагретый продувочный поток.
5. Способ по п.4, где указанный адсорбент в указанном блоке абсорбции регенерируют, используя нагретый сырьевой поток сырого природного газа, где указанная регенерация приводит к образованию отходящего потока, включающего тяжелые углеводороды.
6. Способ по п.5, где указанный отходящий поток рециркулируют в указанный продуктовый поток сырого природного газа.
7. Способ по п.5, где указанный отходящий газовый поток охлаждают для частичной конденсации воды и тяжелых углеводородов, приводящей к образованию потока паров, по существу со сниженным содержанием воды и тяжелых углеводородов.
8. Способ по п.1, где мембрана, применяемая для удаления большей части кислых газов, помещена между указанной секцией абсорбции и указанным водным аминовым абсорбентом.
9. Система очистки природного газа, предназначенная для осушки и удаления тяжелых углеводородов из потока сырого природного газа, включающая:
(1) первую адсорбционную секцию, включающую первый адсорбент, селективный для абсорбции тяжелых углеводородов и воды;
(2) абсорбер аминовой очистки для абсорбции кислых газов для получения выходящего потока со сниженным содержанием кислых газов, менее чем в указанном потоке сырого природного газа;
(3) устройства для направления потока из указанного первого адсорбционного блока в указанный абсорбер аминовой очистки; и
(4) устройства для направления указанного выходящего потока со сниженным содержанием кислых газов в указанную первую адсорбционную секцию, включающую второй адсорбент, селективный для удаления воды.
10. Способ очистки сырьевого потока сырого природного газа, который включает следующие стадии:
(1) введение указанного сырьевого потока сырого природного газа в контакт с водным аминовым абсорбентом, где указанный водный аминовый абсорбент удаляет кислые газы из указанного сырьевого потока сырого природного газа, таким образом, образование выходящего продуктового потока природного газа, имеющего меньшее чем в указанном сырьевом потоке сырого природного газа содержание кислых газов;
(2) рециркулирование указанного выходящего продуктового потока природного газа через секцию абсорбции, содержащую адсорбент, селективный для удаления тяжелых углеводородов и воды из указанного выходящего продуктового потока природного газа; и
(3) сбор продуктового потока природного газа, содержащего меньшее чем в указанном потоке сырого природного газа количество воды и тяжелых углеводородов.
