Органо-минеральный модификатор для бетонных смесей и строительных растворов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве высокодисперсной активной пуццолановой добавки на основе кремнезема используют микрокремнезем, нанокремнезем, метакаолин, золу рисовой шелухи, золу-унос, доменный гранулированный шлак или смесь указанных компонентов. ! 3. Органо-минеральный модификатор для бетонных смесей и строительных растворов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве микронаполнителя используют молотый известняк, доломитизированный известняк, доломит и другие природные и техногенные минеральные вещества, не содержащие активный кремнезем. ! 4. Органо-минеральный модификатор для бетонных смесей и строительных растворов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве суперпластификатора используют продукт поликонденсации β-нафталинсульфокислоты и формальдегида, сульфометилированную меламино-формальдегидную смолу, лигносульфонаты, поликарбоксилаты или смесь одного или нескольких указанных продуктов. ! 5.
