Способ эксплуатации залежи углеводородов, включающий прокладку горизонтальных скважин, перфорацию их и формирование трещин с помощью гидравлического разрыва пласта, проводимого последовательно, начиная с конца, дальнего от вертикального участка ствола скважины и, изолируя каждый перфорируемый интервал от остальной колонны пакером, отличающийся тем, что гидравлический разрыв пласта в каждом интервале осуществляют селективно, с периодическим изменением величины давления разрыва от максимальной величины, не превышающей предельно-допустимой величины для данного пласта, до минимальной, при котором возможно получение трещины разрыва и вновь до максимальной или какой-то средней величины, при этом величину давления разрыва выбирают с учетом продуктивных характеристик интервалов горизонтального участка ствола скважины. ! 2.
