Abstract
Способ культивирования продуцента липазы, включающий подготовку питательной среды, инокуляцию ее водно-споровой суспензией продуцента липазы, его глубинное культивирование, фильтрацию культуральной жидкости, новым является то, что в качестве продуцента липазы используют Rhizopus oryzae 1403, а при подготовке питательной среды в нее вносят, мас.%: рыбную муку - 3,0-3,5; подсолнечное масло - 0,2-0,3; кукурузный экстракт - 0,8-0,9; гидрофосфат аммония - 0,4-0,5; вода - остальное; культивирование осуществляют при аэрации и температуре 30-32°С в течение 48 ч, после чего в культуральную среду вносят тритон Х-305 в количестве 0,008-0,010 мас.% и продолжают культивирование еще 24 ч.
