Abstract
1. Способ инициирования связи на уровне производительности, запрашиваемом приложением (301), при этом способ содержит этапы, на которых: !a) отображают запрашиваемый уровень производительности в наборе параметров (405) связи, ! b) передают сигнал упомянутому приложению (301), если упомянутые параметры связи невозможны. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором связь является беспроводной. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором связь осуществляется по проводам. ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором уровень производительности состоит из скорости передачи данных (302) и качества обслуживания (303). ! 5. Способ по п.1, в котором параметры связи включают в себя количество подканалов. ! 6. Способ по п.5, в котором параметры связи включают в себя уровень энергии на упомянутых подканалах. ! 7. Способ по п.1, в котором параметры связи включают в себя уровень мощности передачи. ! 8. Способ по п.4, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором выбирают более низкое качество обслуживания (415) и повторяют этап (a) до передачи сигнала на этапе (b), если параметры связи невозможны. ! 9. Способ по п.4, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором выбирают более низкую скорость передачи данных (404) и повторяют этапы (a) и (b) до передачи сигнала на этапе (c), если параметры связи невозможны. ! 10. Способ по п.5, в котором при отображении на этапе (a) минимизируют количество подканалов. ! 11. Система беспроводной связи для передачи данных в ответ на запрос от приложения (601) для передачи на скорости передачи данных и с качеством обслуживания, причем система содержит: ! a) модуль (602) отображения подканал/энергия для определения количества подканалов и порога энергии, необходимых для удовлетворения запрашиваемых скоро
Claims (20)
1. Способ инициирования связи на уровне производительности, запрашиваемом приложением (301), при этом способ содержит этапы, на которых:
a) отображают запрашиваемый уровень производительности в наборе параметров (405) связи,
b) передают сигнал упомянутому приложению (301), если упомянутые параметры связи невозможны.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором связь является беспроводной.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором связь осуществляется по проводам.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором уровень производительности состоит из скорости передачи данных (302) и качества обслуживания (303).
5. Способ по п.1, в котором параметры связи включают в себя количество подканалов.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором параметры связи включают в себя уровень энергии на упомянутых подканалах.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором параметры связи включают в себя уровень мощности передачи.
8. Способ по п.4, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором выбирают более низкое качество обслуживания (415) и повторяют этап (a) до передачи сигнала на этапе (b), если параметры связи невозможны.
9. Способ по п.4, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором выбирают более низкую скорость передачи данных (404) и повторяют этапы (a) и (b) до передачи сигнала на этапе (c), если параметры связи невозможны.
10. Способ по п.5, в котором при отображении на этапе (a) минимизируют количество подканалов.
11. Система беспроводной связи для передачи данных в ответ на запрос от приложения (601) для передачи на скорости передачи данных и с качеством обслуживания, причем система содержит:
a) модуль (602) отображения подканал/энергия для определения количества подканалов и порога энергии, необходимых для удовлетворения запрашиваемых скорости передачи данных и качества обслуживания,
b) модуль (604) регистрации шума для регистрации уровня шума на каждом доступном подканале,
c) модуль (603) сигнализации для сигнализации приложению (601), когда запрашиваемые скорость передачи данных и качество обслуживания невозможны.
12. Система по п.11, в которой приложение является клиентом Voice-over-IP, приложением потокового мультимедиа, веб-браузером интернета или клиентом службы мгновенного обмена сообщениями.
13. Система по п.11, в которой модуль (603) сигнализации также сигнализирует модулю (602) отображения подканал/энергия, когда запрашиваемые скорость передачи данных и качество обслуживания невозможны.
14. Система по п.13, в которой модуль (602) отображения подканал/энергия отвечает на сигнал от модуля (603) сигнализации, что запрашиваемые скорость передачи данных и качество обслуживания невозможны, посредством выбора более высокого порога энергии.
15. Система по п.11, в которой модуль (602) отображения подканал/энергия также определяет уровень мощности для передачи.
16. Система по п.11, в которой приложение информирует пользователя, если запрашиваемые скорость передачи данных и качество обслуживания невозможны.
17. Компьютерно-считываемый носитель, на котором хранятся компьютерно-считываемые сигналы, которые определяют инструкции, которые, в результате выполнения компьютером, предписывают компьютеру осуществлять способ беспроводной связи, причем способ содержит этапы, на которых:
a) принимают от приложения (301) запрос на скорость (302) передачи данных и качество обслуживания (303),
b) пытаются выбрать совокупность подканалов ниже порога энергии согласно запрашиваемым скорости передачи данных и качеству обслуживания (405-414),
c) сигнализируют приложению при недостаточном количестве подканалов ниже порога энергии для достижения запрашиваемых скорости передачи данных и качества обслуживания (403).
18. Компьютерно-считываемый носитель по п.17, в котором способ дополнительно содержит этап, на котором выбирают уровень мощности для передачи.
19. Компьютерно-считываемый носитель по п.18, в котором выбранный уровень мощности является минимально возможным уровнем мощности для успешной передачи на запрашиваемых скорости передачи данных и качества обслуживания.
20. Компьютерно-считываемый носитель по п.17, в котором выбор совокупности подканалов ниже порога энергии производится с использованием обратной связи от приемника.
