Abstract
1. Валковый пресс с двумя противоположно вращающимися валками (10, 11), имеющими между собой зазор для обработки материала давлением, а именно для измельчения слоя материала или уплотнения и брикетирования зернистого материала, выше зазора установлена загрузочная шахта (12) с отверстием (13) для подачи крупного материала и отверстием (16) для подачи мельчака, например рециркулированного тонкоразмолотого материала из подключенного в цикл воздушного сепаратора, отличающийся тем, что через отверстие (16) для подачи мелкой фракции в загрузочной шахте (12) проходит прессующий шнек (17), подающий под давлением мелкую фракцию, при этом выходное отверстие (20) шнека в форме сопла доходит до центрального участка втягиваемого в зазор между валками потока. ! 2. Пресс по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сопло прессующего шнека (17) для подачи мелкой фракции материала (19) установлено над самым узким зазором между валков, параллельно к нему, и сопло имеет плоскую форму (20). ! 3. Пресс по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что прессующий шнек (17), располагаясь поперечно к зазору между валками и наискось от горизонталей, проходит в загрузочной шахте (12) валкового пресса. ! 4. Пресс по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что сопло (20) прессующего шнека (17) соединено с выходным отверстием прессующего шнека шарниром (21). ! 5. Пресс по п.3, отличающийся тем, что сопло (20) прессующего шнека (17) соединено с выходным отверстием прессующего шнека шарниром (21). ! 6. Пресс по любому из пп.1, 2, 5, отличающийся тем, что сопло (20) прессующего шнека (17) в центре давления участка втягивания материала в зазор между валками пресса со всех сторон окружено находящейся в зазоре между валками крупной фракции 1.
