Abstract
1. Способ обеззараживания балластных вод и иных водных сред в потоке, предусматривающий гидродинамическую обработку, отличающийся тем, что гидродинамическую обработку осуществляют путем формирования двухфазной жидкостно-парогазовой среды с последующим созданием скачка давления при ее движении по профилированному каналу. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что формирование двухфазной жидкостно-парогазовой среды осуществляют путем создания вакуумной области в профилированном потоке при объемном соотношении жидкой и парогазовой фаз, равном соответственно 1:(0,8…2,0). ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что процесс обеззараживания ведут при соотношении давлений обрабатываемой среды на входе в профилированный канал и после гидродинамической обработки, равном соответственно 1:(0,1…0,7). ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что формирование двухфазной жидкостно-парогазовой среды и последующее создание скачка давления осуществляют в одном или нескольких участках профилированного канала. ! 5. Установка для обеззараживания балластных вод и иных водных сред в потоке, содержащая вакуумсоздающее устройство, подводящий и отводящий трубопроводы, отличающаяся тем, что вакуумсоздающее устройство выполнено в виде сопла, вмонтированного в переднюю стенку вакуум-камеры, снабженной мановакуумметром, при этом подводящий трубопровод снабжен последовательно соединенными фильтром, насосом, расходомером, термометром и манометром, а отводящий трубопровод снабжен регулятором противодавления и манометром, при этом длина вакуумного участка по отношению к диаметру его полости равна L=(3÷15)·D, где L - длина вакуумного участка, D - диам� 1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the formation of a two-phase liquid-gas medium and the subsequent creation of a pressure jump is carried out in one or more sections of the profiled channel. ! 5. Installation for the disinfection of ballast water and other aqueous media in a stream, containing a vacuum-generating device, inlet and outlet pipelines, characterized in that the vacuum-generating device is made in the form of a nozzle mounted in the front wall of a vacuum chamber equipped with a manovacuum meter, while the inlet pipe is equipped with connected in series by a filter, pump, flowmeter, thermometer and pressure gauge, and the outlet pipe is equipped with a back pressure regulator and pressure gauge, while the length of the vacuum section and with respect to the diameter of the cavity is L = (3 ÷ 15) · D, where L - length of the vacuum section, D - Dia
