Abstract
1. Соли металлов жирных кислот в качестве технологической добавки для резиновых смесей, получаемые омылением щелочью жировых отходов при нагревании, включающие соли цинка или кальция, или их смеси, кубовые остатки при дистилляции жирных кислот, отличающиеся тем, что в качестве жировых отходов используют жировую часть соапстока растительных масел, полученную в результате комплексного действия на отход электролита и дээмульгатора, исключая предварительную стадию дистилляции. ! 2. Добавка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в составе жировую часть соапстока, полученную в результате комплексного действия на отход электролита и деэмульгатора, подвергают омылению щелочью при нагревании с последующим добавлением к образовавшемуся гидролизату воды в количестве, равном или в 1,5-2,0 раза большем, чем объем гидролизата, а затем водорастворимой соли цинка, при этом в качестве щелочи используют 8-12%-ный раствор гидроксида натрия, процесс омыления ведут при температуре 80-90°С в течение 3 ч. ! 3. Добавка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в составе жировую часть соапстока, полученную в результате комплексного действия на отход электролита и дээмульгатора, подвергают омылению щелочью при нагревании с последующим добавлением к образовавшемуся гидролизату воды в количестве, равном или в 1,5-2,0 раза большем, чем объем гидролизата, а затем водорастворимой соликальция, при этом в качестве щелочи используют 8-12%-ный раствор гидроксида натрия, процесс омыления ведут при температуре 80-90°С в течение 3 ч. ! 4.
