Abstract
1. Катализатор для катода топливного элемента, включающий сплав палладия и металла, выбранного из кобальта, хрома, ванадия, серебра, меди, золота, платины или их смеси, на углеродном носителе, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит аморфизованный углерод при следующем содержании компонентов, мас.%: ! палладий 5,0-20,0 металл или смесь металлов 1,5-11,0 аморфизованный углерод 1,0-3,0 углеродный носитель остальное ! при атомном соотношении металлов в сплаве палладий: металл или смесь металлов = (1,0-1,8):(0,55-1,0). ! 2. Катализатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве углеродного носителя он содержит высокодисперсную сажу. ! 3. Способ получения катализатора для катода топливного элемента, включающий диспергирование прекурсоров палладия и металла, выбранного из кобальта, хрома, ванадия, серебра, меди, золота, платины или их смеси, и углеродного носителя в среде органического растворителя, выделение катализатора и его термообработку, отличающийся тем, что диспергирование осуществляют ультразвуком и термообработку ведут в инертной атмосфере при температуре 700-900°С. ! 4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в качестве прекурсоров используют органические комплексы металлов, соли металлов и азотсодержащие соединения. ! 5. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что нанесение металла, выбранного из кобальта, хрома, ванадия, серебра, меди, золота, платины или их смеси, осуществляют на готовый катализатор 20% Pd/C. 1.
