Abstract

1. Сополимер, полученный в результате проведения полимеризации пропилена, 4-метил-1-пентена или другого С4-8 α-олефина в присутствии композиции, содержащей смесь или продукт реакции, получающиеся в результате объединения ! (А) первого катализатора полимеризации олефинов, ! (В) второго катализатора полимеризации олефинов, способного приводить к получению полимера, отличающегося тактичностью от полимера, полученного при использовании катализатора (А) при аналогичных условиях проведения полимеризации, и ! (С) челночного агента передачи кинетической цепи. ! 2. Сополимер, полученный в результате проведения полимеризации пропилена, 4-метил-1-пентена или другого С4-8 α-олефина и сополимеризуемого сомономера в присутствии композиции, содержащей смесь или продукт реакции, получающиеся в результате объединения ! (А) первого катализатора полимеризации олефинов, который в условиях проведения полимеризации приводит к получению тактического полимера из одного или нескольких С3-30 α-олефинов; ! (В) второго катализатора полимеризации олефинов, который в условиях проведения полимеризации приводит к получению полимера, характеризующегося тактичностью, меньшей, чем 95% по сравнению с тактичностью полимера, полученного при использовании катализатора (А), и ! (С) челночного агента передачи кинетической цепи. ! 3. Способ получения пропиленсодержащего многоблочного сополимера, включающий введение пропилена в условиях проведения полиприсоединения в контакт с композицией, содержащей ! смесь или продукт реакции, получающиеся в результате объединения ! Claims (21)

1. Сополимер, полученный в результате проведения полимеризации пропилена, 4-метил-1-пентена или другого С4-8 α-олефина в присутствии композиции, содержащей смесь или продукт реакции, получающиеся в результате объединения
(А) первого катализатора полимеризации олефинов,
(В) второго катализатора полимеризации олефинов, способного приводить к получению полимера, отличающегося тактичностью от полимера, полученного при использовании катализатора (А) при аналогичных условиях проведения полимеризации, и
(С) челночного агента передачи кинетической цепи.
2. Сополимер, полученный в результате проведения полимеризации пропилена, 4-метил-1-пентена или другого С4-8 α-олефина и сополимеризуемого сомономера в присутствии композиции, содержащей смесь или продукт реакции, получающиеся в результате объединения
(А) первого катализатора полимеризации олефинов, который в условиях проведения полимеризации приводит к получению тактического полимера из одного или нескольких С3-30 α-олефинов;
(В) второго катализатора полимеризации олефинов, который в условиях проведения полимеризации приводит к получению полимера, характеризующегося тактичностью, меньшей, чем 95% по сравнению с тактичностью полимера, полученного при использовании катализатора (А), и
(С) челночного агента передачи кинетической цепи.
3. Способ получения пропиленсодержащего многоблочного сополимера, включающий введение пропилена в условиях проведения полиприсоединения в контакт с композицией, содержащей
смесь или продукт реакции, получающиеся в результате объединения
(А) первого катализатора полимеризации олефинов,
(В) второго катализатора полимеризации олефинов, способного приводить к получению полимера, отличающегося тактичностью от полимера, полученного при использовании катализатора (А) при аналогичных условиях проведения полимеризации, и
(С) челночного агента передачи кинетической цепи.
4. Способ по п.3, где первый катализатор полимеризации олефинов в условиях проведения полимеризации приводит к получению тактического полипропилена.
5. Способ получения 4-метил-1-пентенсодержащего многоблочного сополимера, включающий введение 4-метил-1-пентена в условиях проведения полиприсоединения в контакт с композицией, содержащей
смесь или продукт реакции, получающиеся в результате объединения
(А) первого катализатора полимеризации олефинов,
(В) второго катализатора полимеризации олефинов, способного приводить к получению полимера, отличающегося тактичностью от полимера, полученного при использовании катализатора (А) при аналогичных условиях проведения полимеризации, и
(С) челночного агента передачи кинетической цепи.
6. Способ по п.5, где первый катализатор полимеризации олефинов в условиях проведения полимеризации приводит к получению тактического гомополимера 4-метил-1-пентена.
7. Многоблочный сополимер, содержащий пропилен, 4-метил-1-пентен или другой С4-8 α-олефин в полимеризованной форме, при этом упомянутый сополимер включает в себя два или более сегментов или блоков, различающихся тактичностью, и характеризуется молекулярно-массовым распределением Mw/Mn, меньшим, чем 3,0.
8. Многоблочный сополимер, состоящий по существу из пропилена в полимеризованной форме, при этом упомянутый сополимер включает в себя два или более сегментов или блоков, различающихся тактичностью, и характеризуется молекулярно-массовым распределением Mw/Mn, меньшим, чем 3,0.
9. Многоблочный сополимер, состоящий по существу из 4-метил-1-пентена в полимеризованной форме, при этом упомянутый сополимер включает в себя два или более сегментов или блоков, различающихся тактичностью, и характеризуется молекулярно-массовым распределением Mw/Mn, меньшим, чем 3,0.
10. Многоблочный сополимер по любому из пп.5-9, включающий в себя четыре или более сегментов или блоков, различающихся тактичностью.
11. Функционализованное производное многоблочного сополимера по любому из пп.1, 2 и 5-9 или многоблочного сополимера, полученного по способу п.3 или 4.
12. Функционализованное производное многоблочного сополимера по п.10.
13. Гомогенная полимерная смесь, содержащая (1) органический или неорганический полимер и (2) многоблочный сополимер по любому из пп.1, 2 и 5-9 или многоблочный сополимер, полученный по способу пп.3 или 4 настоящего изобретения.
14. Композиция,включающая полимер по любому из пп.1, 2 и 5-9 или полимер, полученный по способу п.3 или 4, в форме пленки, по меньшей мере, одного слоя многослойной пленки, по меньшей мере, одного слоя слоистого изделия, изделия из пеноматериала, волокна, нетканого материала, изделия, получаемого по способу литьевого формования, изделия, получаемого по способу раздувного формования, или изделия, получаемого по способу центробежного формования.
15. Композиция, включающая полимер по п.12, в форме пленки, по меньшей мере, одного слоя многослойной пленки, по меньшей мере, одного слоя слоистого изделия, изделия из пеноматериала, волокна, нетканого материала, изделия, получаемого по способу литьевого формования, изделия, получаемого по способу раздувного формования, или изделия, получаемого по способу центробежного формования.
16. Композиция, включающая полимерную смесь по п.13, в форме пленки, по меньшей мере, одного слоя многослойной пленки, по меньшей мере, одного слоя слоистого изделия, изделия из пеноматериала, волокна, нетканого материала, изделия, получаемого по способу литьевого формования, изделия, получаемого по способу раздувного формования, или изделия, получаемого по способу центробежного формования.
17. Сополимер по п.1 или 2, где челночный агент передачи кинетической цепи представляет собой соединение тригидрокарбилалюминий или дигидрокарбилцинк, содержащее от 1 до 12 атомов углерода в каждой гидрокарбильной группе.
