Claims (9)
1. Парциальный конденсатор, имеющий по меньшей мере один теплообменный блок (1) с конденсационными каналами и каналами для прохода хладоносителя, рассчитанный на работу под давлением корпус (2), охватывающий теплообменный блок (1) сверху и с боков, средства (14, 15, 16, 17) для подачи пара в нижнюю часть конденсационных каналов, средства (19) для отвода жидкого конденсата из нижней части конденсационных каналов, средства (29, 30) для отвода пара из верхней части конденсационных каналов и средства для подачи хладоносителя в предназначенные для его прохода каналы, отличающийся тем, что конденсационные каналы на их нижнем конце сообщаются с коллектором, который расположен под теплообменным блоком (1) и имеет фазоразделительное устройство.
2. Парциальный конденсатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что фазоразделительное устройство имеет днище (13) с по меньшей мере одним отверстием (14, 15, 16, 17) для прохода газа, которое со своей верхней стороны окружено круговым бортиком (18), обеспечивающим скапливание снаружи него жидкого конденсата.
3. Парциальный конденсатор по п.2, отличающийся тем, что фазоразделительное устройство имеет по меньшей мере одну сливную трубу (19) для отвода скопившегося на его днище (13) жидкого конденсата.
4. Парциальный конденсатор по п.2, отличающийся тем, что над отверстием (14, 15, 16, 17) для прохода газа с отступом от днища (13) фазоразделительного устройства расположен дефлектор или экран (20, 21), который перекрывает по меньшей мере часть площади поперечного сечения отверстия для прохода газа.

Парциальный конденсатор по одному из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что площадь поперечного сечения отверстия для прохода газа, соответственно сумма площадей поперечных сечений всех отверстий (14, 15, 16, 17) для прохода газа в днище фазоразделительного устройства составляет по меньшей мере 1/40, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 1/20, наиболее предпочтительно по меньшей мере 1/10, часть площади нижней торцовой поверхности теплообменного блока (1).
6. Парциальный конденсатор по одному из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что коллектор имеет плоские, прежде всего прямоугольные боковые стенки (9, 10, 11, 12), соединенные с нижними краями теплообменного блока (1).
7. Парциальный конденсатор по п.2, отличающийся тем, что коллектор имеет днище, образующее также днище фазоразделительного устройства.
8. Парциальный конденсатор по одному из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что средства для подачи хладоносителя в предназначенные для его прохода каналы выполнены в виде боковых отверстий теплообменного блока (1), через которые эти каналы сообщаются с промежуточным пространством (3) между стенкой рассчитанного на работу под давлением корпуса (2) и теплообменным блоком (1).
9. Применение парциального конденсатора по одному из пп.1-8 в качестве парциального конденсатора на верху разделительной колонны или ее дефлегматора.
