Claims (21)
1. Катализатор селективной гидрогенизации ацетилена, содержащий иридий ("Ir"), палладий ("Pd") и промотор ("M") на неорганической подложке, где указанный промотор выбран из группы, состоящей из серебра, золота, меди, цинка, олова и их комбинации, и где указанная неорганическая подложка выбрана из группы, состоящей из оксида алюминия, оксида кремния, алюмосиликата, активированного угля, оксида церия, оксида циркония, алюмохромовой подложки, оксида титана, оксида магния, алюминатов металла, алюмината кальция, алюмината магния, гексаалюмината бария, алюмината никеля и их смесей.
2. Катализатор по п.1, где указанный иридий находится в концентрации от 0,001 до 1,5 вес.%.
3. Катализатор по п.2, где указанный иридий находится в концентрации от 0,01 до 0,06 вес.%.
4. Катализатор по п.1, где указанный палладий находится в концентрации от 0,005 до 0,5 вес.%.
5. Катализатор по п.4, где указанный палладий находится в концентрации от 0,01 до 0,06 вес.%.
6. Катализатор по п.1, где указанный промотор находится в концентрации до 0,5 вес.%.
7. Катализатор по п.6, где указанный промотор находится в концентрации до 0,2 вес.%.
8. Катализатор по п.1, где указанная подложка является оксидом алюминия с удельной поверхностью от 30 до 50 м2/г.
9. Катализатор по п.1, где указанная подложка является оксидом альфа-алюминия.
10. Катализатор селективной гидрогенизации ацетилена, содержащий неорганическую подложку и от 0,001 до 1,5 вес.% иридия ("Ir"), от 0,005 до 0,5 вес.% палладия ("Pd") и до 0,5 вес.% промотора ("M"), причем указанный промотор выбран из группы, состоящей из серебра, золота, меди, цинка, олова и их комбинации.

Катализатор по п.10, где указанная подложка выбрана из группы, состоящей из оксида алюминия, оксида кремния, алюмосиликата, активированного угля, оксида церия, оксида циркония, алюмохромовой подложки, оксида титана, оксида магния, алюминатов металла, алюмината кальция, алюмината магния, гексаалюмината бария, алюмината никеля и их смесей.
12. Катализатор по п.11, где указанная подложка является оксидом алюминия с удельной поверхностью от 30 до 50 м2/г.
13. Катализатор по п.11, в котором указанная подложка является оксидом альфа-алюминия.
14. Катализатор по п.10, где указанный иридий, указанный палладий и указанные промоторы осаждены методом пропитки в избытке раствора.
15. Катализатор по п.10, где указанный иридий, указанный палладий и указанные промоторы осаждены методом пропитки по начальной влагоемкости.
16. Катализатор по п.10, где указанный иридий находится в концентрации от 0,01 до 0,06 вес.% и указанный палладий находится в концентрации от 0,01 до 0,06 вес.%.
17. Катализатор для селективной гидрогенизации ацетилена, содержащий иридий ("Ir") и палладий ("Pd") на неорганической подложке, причем указанный палладий находится в пределах первых 250 мкм поверхности подложки катализатора.
18. Катализатор по п.17, где указанный катализатор содержит указанный иридий в концентрации от 0,001 до 1,5 вес.% и указанный катализатор содержит указанный палладий в концентрации от 0,005 до 0,5 вес.%.
19. Катализатор по п.17, содержащий дополнительно до 0,5 вес.% промотора ("M"), выбранного из группы, состоящей из серебра, золота, меди, цинка, олова и их комбинаций.
20. Катализатор по п.19, где указанный катализатор содержит указанный иридий в концентрации от 0,01 до 0,06 вес.% и указанный катализатор содержит указанный палладий в концентрации от 0,01 до 0,06 вес.%, и указанный катализатор содержит указанный промотор в концентрации до 0,2 вес.%.
