Abstract
1. Способ получения активного никелевого порошка, включающий восстановление закиси никеля до металлического состояния продуктами конверсии углеводородов, отличающийся тем, что процесс проводят в трубчатой печи при температуре 1000-1150°С с подачей в нее твердого углерод- и водородсодержащего восстановителя в количестве 15-21% от массы восстанавливаемого огарка, последующим интенсивным охлаждением готового порошка водой до температуры (220±40)°С с выделением активной фракции порошка крупностью, определяемой потребностями цементации.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что от порошка отделяются остаточный углерод и зола восстановителя.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве твердого восстановителя используют восстановитель с содержанием летучих компонентов 10-30%.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве твердого восстановителя используют коксовую мелочь или угольную крошку.1.
