Способ формирования, обрезки и системы ведения виноградных кустов, включающий рядовую посадку, выведение косого кордона с плодовыми звеньями, вертикальное ведение зеленого прироста на шпалере в несколько ярусов, отличающийся тем, что нижний ярус шпалеры подвешивают на крючки к промежуточным столбам на высоте 45-50 см, чтобы она при снятии с крючков свободно размещалась на поверхности почвы в створе ряда вместе с наклоненным штамбом и кордоном для укрытия кустов земляным валом, затем на голове куста у поверхности почвы удаляют лишние побеги, оставив два сильных, которые обрезают перед началом третьей вегетации на длину, превышающую расстояние между кустами в ряду, сплетают их в единый витой штамб в виде косы, крепят верхним концом к нижнему ярусу шпалеры под углом не менее 45°, далее в верхней части витого штамба оставляют два-три побега под наклоном в сторону косого штамба, из двух-трех хорошо развитых побегов формируют витое плечо кордона в виде косы, закрепив его в горизонтальном положении к нижнему ярусу шпалеры, создавая в ряду непрерывный кордон, на витых плечах кордона при ручной или механизированной обрезке оставляют на каждом узле одно- и двухглазковые сучки, которые весной дают побеги и при их обломке оставляют у технических сортов 15-20, а у столовых 12-15 побегов на погонный метр кордона, прирост побегов заводят вертикально между параллельными проволоками второго и третьего ярусов шпалеры, после обрезки для укрытия кустов на зиму нижний ярус снимают с крючков промежуточных шпалерных столбов и кусты вместе с проволокой ложатся на поверхность почвы в створе ряда и их окучивают валом земли, закрывая ею штамбы, кордоны и сучки, а весной проводят открытие кустов, после чего нижний ярус проволоки вместе с кустами приподнимают с поверхности почвы и снова навешивают на крючья промежуточных шпалерных столбов с последующей натяжкой проволоки лебедкой.The method of forming, pruning and maintaining grape bushes, including row planting, breeding oblique cordon with fruit links, vertical maintenance of green growth on the trellis in several tiers, characterized in that the lower tier of the trellis is hung on hooks to intermediate posts at a height of 45-50 cm so that when it is removed from the hooks, it can freely be placed on the soil surface in the alignment of the row together with an inclined stem and cordon to cover the bushes with an earthen rampart, then on the head of the bush near the soil surface the extra shoot is removed leaving two strong ones that are cut off before the start of the third vegetation by a length exceeding the distance between the bushes in a row, they are woven into a single twisted stump in the form of a braid, fastened with their upper end to the lower tier of the trellis at an angle of at least 45 °, then in the upper part of the twisted the stub leave two or three shoots at an angle to the side of the stub, from two or three well-developed shoots form a twisted shoulder of the cordon in the form of a braid, securing it horizontally to the lower tier of the trellis, creating a continuous cordon in a row, on the twisted shoulders of the cordon with manual or mechanized pruning, one and two-eyed knots are left on each node, which in the spring give shoots and when they are broken, leave 15-20 in technical grades, and in the dining rooms 12-15 shoots per linear meter of cordon, shoot growth is planted vertically between parallel wires the second and third tiers of the trellis, after trimming to cover the bushes for the winter, the lower tier is removed from the hooks of the intermediate trellis posts and the bushes together with the wire lie on the soil surface in the alignment of the row and they are spudded with a shaft of earth, covering it with a strain for example, cordons and knots, and in the spring they open the bushes, after which the lower tier of the wire, together with the bushes, is lifted from the soil surface and again hung on the hooks of the intermediate trellis posts with the subsequent stretching of the wire with a winch.
